Unbelievable staff behavior, dictating customers what goods and how many can be bought ... no idea what is the ratio behind that, but would highly recomend to spend time shopping somewhere else, in case any kind of customer support, or at least some reasonable manners are expected. Great disappointment of TH brand.

Not sure if store management has changed but some of the weekend employees are rude, especially the Caucasian skinny young guy working on Sunday. In the past I’ve had excellent experiences shopping this particular store. I absolutely will not spend my money in a store that does not appreciate their customers.

I want to buy a gift for a friend and I was looking around the store , looking for something that i liked and the girls who work there thought that I was going to steal and they called security , which was pointless because I went just to buy a gift. When I chose my shirt to buy, the girl who was in the register she was talking on the microphone they were talking in low voice with the other girl there and they both were laughing, and I feel it very disrespectful to me. This is very unprofessional and is the worst tommy. They are very unfriendly and they did not even bother to say hello when I walked in the door.

La tienda muy ordenada, con variedad y con buenos precios, pero me pareció una falta de respeto la actitud de las vendedoras para conmigo. Firstly, most of their clothes were still for winter. It’s April. But the main reason I’m even reviewing this store, is because yesterday the cashier that assisted my husband and i had the audacity to make a personal question. When I was paying, she looked at my husband and said “you’re going to let her pay?”. Now, I understand that we all have different opinions on the topic, but why would she even bother making us uncomfortable? Is there so much lack of customer service there that this is allowed? It’s the same money!
