We started out with a goal of finding bargains for family that is in need of clothing in Haiti. We visited every clothing store at Tangler outlet searching for great deals for them. We were about to give up but my husband said let's try one more Old Navy department store . I'm so glad we went in. We found what we came looking for really good low price shirts we can now send to our families in Haiti. Thank you Old Navy our trip was not wasteful!

I was in a hurry to get to a funeral and needed to buy a piece of clothing and get going. I go to check out and a cashier has me run my debit card and it kept declining it. I knew I had money on it for sure. I leave call for the balance on my card and sure enough I had plenty of money on my card. So I go to another store immediately and use it no problem. She could've asked a manager for help or she could've had me try another register.

This is one of the biggest OldNavys I have ever been in. The store was well staffed with knowledgeable associates. Ring in an outlet mall... this location stays packed. We were here on a Monday during the summer and waited in line to pay for 25 minutes and that was with 4 cashiers.

Not at all happy! ENTIRE store was on sale up to 70% off. Wanted to purchase a pair of slippers which were regular price of $14.99. Cashier rang them up and they were $14.99. I said the sign said they were $5.00 on sale. Needless to say after speaking to the manager I did not buy them because they weren't on sale they were regular price. So much for the entire store being in sale.

A MESS, high prices (outlet stores are no longer outlet price, just another mall), items thrown carelessly everywhere, racks so full of items it's hard to look. Staff wasn't friendly. Clearance prices were still high (which is why the racks are so full), and the line for the fitting rooms extended out into the midway. Not going back.

I went to old navy with some friends of mine. As we were walking one of the customer service rep was following us. I didn't think much of it and just kept shopping. She proceeds to ask us were we okay. We responded well and she lingered around us as we shopped at a table. I felt uncomfortable, but I didn't respond because there were a bunch of shirts she needed to fold at the table. Once we moved to another section she followed us. I finally said something and her response was I'm just doing my job. I have never been racially profiled at an old navy in my life. I'm totally disgusted with the establishment and will not go back in old navy at the tanger outlet.

I'm not usually an Old Navy shopper as most of the clothes are shaped and styled for teenagers, but at an outlet mall, I am more willing to walk into just about every store. I did find a good clearance rack. Not sure if the percentage off, as it want posted, but I got a pretty, floral sweatshirt for next winter for only $4 and change and a teensy weensy baby jacket for $2 and change. Recommendation would be to post signs indicating the percentage off, so customers would be able to better ascertain what the final price would be.

Staff were extremely nice. The sales going in we're outstanding. There was a line due to how packed it was for the sales. It was your ideal shopping experience. No complaints other than the long lines at check out. The clothing was folded and properly placed as it should have been. Oh I did have a sweater that had the wrong price on it but that was no biggie. Plenty of size options available. Overall the store was clean.
