My family and I are visiting Atlanta so I really wanted to check out the new Dior store. I understand we looked tired from touring around the city, but upon entering this "luxury" boutique, we were not greeted with a hello or anything. The 2 caucasian ladies just looked at me as if I shouldn't even be there. It took the African American young man to offer me help. Is the store segregated and he's the one that helps the "people of color"? Not cool at all. I've been to other Dior stores on my travels and haven't experienced this. If in Atlanta again, I'll be sure to only visit the Lenox Square location or skip Dior all together. I'm giving 2 stars simply because of the niceness of the shopping area, and the accommodation of the male employee. Otherwise this store really needs to learn to greet EVERYONE and not judge people based on looks etc. because I left there and spent my shopping budget over at Tom Ford and Louis Vuitton where I received much better service.

Very, very beautiful especially at night. There were a few older women hanging around it was weird but other than that I’d love to come back during the day.

I don't have a Dior near me, so I was ecstatic when I saw a boutique near(ish) my hotel when I had a layover. I wasn't anticipating buying anything that day, but I ending up getting a beautiful Lady Dior. The SA's are extremely helpful, even after I changed my mind :) Thanks, Stephon and everyone at Dior Buckhead! Exceptional customer service

This Dior store was the most beautiful shopping experience I’ve ever received in Atlanta. I was assisted by Randy who was so nice and helpful. Me and one of my friends came in to just window shopping but I ended up buying these gorgeous black/white J’ Adior sling backs. They are so comfortable and can literally dress them up or down. Thanks Randy for giving me an superb shopping experience.

Disappointed in the service I received from Dior. My in store experience was great, but when I attempted to order a product over the phone (I was only in town visiting), I found the order to be rushed and incomplete. The person took my order, and correctly invited my CC number (which was charged immediately), but failed to ever send me a confirmation with my tracking. I had to call several times over several days to get it, each time with a promise to e-mail it to me. Once I did finally receive it, it was once the package was out for delivery to the wrong address. Seems that they incorrectly imputed the address, and because they failed to ever send me my confirmation and tracking info, it never made it to me. I actually purchased the fragrance to wear to an event this evening, and now it’s on its way back to sender. I found them and the entire process to be very unprofessional and unorganized. Not a good look for a luxury establishment.
