This Marshals has the slowest checkout lines. It does not matter what time if day or day of the week it is, the cashiers can not move the line. So, so frustrating, I always wonder while waiting in line why I shop at the Brockton marshals nothing changes. The cashiers move slowly, they walk around and talk to each other, and they are more concerned with hanging up and tagging returns while the line of customers wait! Horrible

Went with my daughter the day after Christmas to return a duplicate gift and the young lady behind the counter was just miserable. It was clear she wanted nothing to do with her job. She was very rude and acted as if all the customers were bothering her. I remember working retail during the holidays, I get it, it's not fun, but no excuse to be rude. The store was a disaster, but I guess that is expected for just after what I assume was a holiday rush.

Marshall’s has always been my go-to for gifts, Home decor and affordable clothing, however at this particular one located on PGA, I’ve had very bad experiences with a few employees there. Recently I had to report an employee to a manager because of some really racially insensitive comments he made to a coworker about me and a few other customers who were also Asian. I’m assuming he didn’t know I could speak English well? He was laughing loudly at our expense, complaining about customers while customers were shopping, saying things like “Asians travel in packs like sardines,” and then mocked some language I think he thought sounded Chinese, but instead he was simply making an idiot of himself in the middle of the Junior’s section. He seems to do this often as I’ve heard his complaining around the store on more than one occasion, about having to reorganize shoes in the shoe aisle. Im surprised he vents his frustrations so vocally around customers, nevermind make racial jokes about people while they shop. It has stopped me from going there. There’s nothing quite as awkward as shopping somewhere while an employee constantly whines about how much they despise you and their job. Either get this guy a Snickers bar or let him go.

On Saturday May 14 around 2PM I went on their register no 4 to check price of my kids out fit , I was surprised on tag it was 3 pc but actually on hanger it was 2 pc. When I asked girl on register can you check price for me please and she was very rude and said she will not check price unless you buy. I was very upset and went on register no 3 she was really nice and help me about price and when I complain about her associate she tried to ignore instead of apologizing. I never go back to Brockton Marshall associates are very rude

It's a Marshall's. The selection varies depending on when you visit. They have the most impersonal checkout process, though. You stand in a line and a computer voice tells you what register to go to next despite the cashier being right there... It's odd. Men's clothes are rarely worth visiting for.

I am not sure what a bargain means to you, but today a lady fell directly outside of Marshalls and smashed her head and cut up her hands. Nobody from the store would come out in the blazing heat. They also would not provide water, ice, bandages or paper towels while we waited for the paramedics to arrive. They said the landlord of the plaza was liable, not them. How about some compassion for the community that supports your store??? Thankfully surrounding stores finally helped.

Horrible customer service! Last time I shop at Marshall’s! I went to return two items I purchased with the receipt today and was told I can only get a store credit because I paid with a check a week ago today which cleared in my account anyways. They claim it has to be at least 10 days when you pay with a check. What difference does it matter when the check will clear your account anyways and it already has cleared after a week! Just another way to make them keep the money in their store and rip off the customer! Joke!

Was just at this store when an extremely rude employee yelled at me for accidentally bumping in to her when she walked behind me without an “excuse me” or anything of that sort. I have worked retail before and I know how stressful it can be, but to be rude to a customer after apologizing for barely bumping into you is not at all professional. I will be shopping at the Marshalls in Canton from now on. This isn’t my first experience with grouchy employees at this store. Maybe a bit more time at training needs to be dedicated to respectful/appropriate behavior.
