Everyone here is so kind and friendly!! This store closes at 9, I came in literally right before closing and I was accommodated, as is the case for two other women who came in shortly after I was let in. The associate/manager (I cannot remember her name) was very helpful; she helped me pick out an item for a newborn whose sex hadn’t been revealed and we spoke about different sizing options for my own toddler. Can’t remember the last time I was treated so well in a store. Overall, great experience. Great location (who doesn’t love Mizner Park?) Thank you for your kindness!!

The store manager Natasha is a bitter condescending person. I purchased a bunch of clothes for my two daughters 2 months ago. Two of the tops did not fit so I tried to return them today. Apparently I am outside of the 60 day return policy so the store manager informed me that I will be given a store credit instead of my original form of payment. Fine. Not ideal, but mine I accept that this is their policy. As soon as she did the return I looked at the receipt and noticed it was only for $25 instead of the $50 I had originally paid. I thought she must have forgotten to return the other top. Turns out if the return is after the 60 day window they only give you back the current selling price even if you have the original receipt. When I told her I was unhappy with the policy she money shamed me saying "i've never had another customer care that we didn't give them back the full price". I find that hard to believe. I called customer service as soon as I left to tell them what had happened and they basically didn't care at all. Oh and by the way I also called my credit card company and was refunded the full amount. I threw the $25 merchandise credit in the trash. Even if everything is free I will never again shop at this store and I will make sure to tell all of my friends.

I am a huge fan of this store but horrible customer service today at the mizner branch! I went at 0100 pm yesterday to get some things for my daughter, and they had a hand written sign “be back in 15 mins”.. well things happen so naturally i just sat and waited.. i sat there for a good half an hour when the sales person came strolling back, she opens the store and without letting me in, closes the store again and says come back in 15 mins! Like what kind of store does that?? In the middle of the day! Never going back to this branch again. Horrible people.
