Customer service isn't that difficult, but the fact that I called 3 other stores from the same company (one put me on hold for 14:34 minutes until I hung up, one didn't know how to look for an item, and one "wasn't near a computer...) yet I call this store and spoke with a polite gentleman who gave me all the information asked for and even told me which store I could find it at because they were out... that's how it should be. I wasn't asking for much, it wasn't difficult, he was polite, didn't keep me on hold for long at all, the whole thing was done in under 1 minute. This may seem minimal but, had he not been like this, we would not be shopping there..

Nice store, being it was grand opening it still was kept clean. I wanted to make a purchase but line was way to long, which is understandable being it just open. So HAPPY there's a F21 literally 10 min from me! Sure beats going to Lenox or Stonecrest.

This Forever 21 is great! Has more clothes for MEN than any other forever 21 in the Atlanta area. Almost half the store is MEN 21. Cheaper prices more styles and clothing. Best part its south of Atlanta. No traffic problems.

Won't be shopping here ever again. Sad that they have a policy to ensure they never lose money. Things must be pretty grim for this business.

WOW! This location is a MESS! I asked a sales associate to help me look for a dress and she said, "Oh I can't because everything is everywhere." AND SHE WASN'T LYING! This F21 is like a THRIFT STORE, the associates haven't been recovering the store properly so everything is everywhere. This isn't a pleasurable shopping experience, this is a headache. I will be traveling to premier or Southlake mall where things have a place and it isnt a headache to find items. Wow, I am blown away at the mess of this store! Won't be returning here!

Julian and the staff were AMAZING! I can’t not describe how amazing everyone working tonight were, I will be also calling corporate to let them know. I am usually not impressed with staff as I am in the service industry but these people were soooooooo great! My 14 year old left there so excited, they helped her pick out clothes to go with each certain items, then were so excited when she got excited, loved that! Then the patience at the counter when they had to manually put in my 20% off, I was just wowed! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Rude cashiers, I only came in to buy a gift card, I don't normally shop here. She stated as she rung up my gift card that she couldn't give me a receipt because the printer was down but that they would e-mail it to me. I don't trust that so after 8 minutes I went back up to see how long it would take to get the email and she looked annoyed...as was I. Magically she was able to print it right away. I mean what laziness.. most people expect a receipt when you check out..hello!

The store is an absolute mess and the employees and managers are rude and stuck up. The clothes had dirt and dust on them from being on the floor and hung up again. The sales section looks a barn. The store is dirty with dust bunnies all over the floor. I'd rather go to the new forever 21 at Tampa Premium outlets at least you get treated nicely.

I have been going to this specific location for 6 years. And I've always been disrespected and treated poorly by workers/associates. I also was practically mocked when asking for a job application a year ago! And to top it all off, i went into the store to return an item (a $10 bralette) with the tags still on. The cashier informed me I cannot return the item, because lingerie is final sale. That would have been okay with me if the receipt stated that and the cashier who rung me up only 3 days pryer had told me this. Both did not happen. Also the cashier was very rude to me when trying to return. And rolled his eyes at me as I left the store. I will not be going to this location ever again. I rather travel out to the location in Brandon (everyone is super friendly and welcoming there) to buy clothing from this company. I really wish I didn't have to put any stars.

Great selection for teens at incredibly affordable prices. Always have great sales on top off low prices. Walked out with 2 pair of sandals and a 4-set of earrings for $16. You can find $2.99 tank tops, $12 dresses... everyday prices. Excellent selection and different price points.

A young man whom I never seen in this location before but has been employed with the company for over 6 year's helped out a lot. I was shopping and went to purchase a pair of pants listed at a sign price of $17.80 but the tag said $20. When I went to the register they rang up regular price (which wasn't a big difference but I was expecting $17.80) so I showed the cashier the sign and she show me the extremely tiny print that said selected sizes only* but offered go still give me the sale price since it wasn't clear. However she checked with her manager first and he defiantly told me I was wrong and could not get that price since the sign did say selected sizes. Overall just a terrible experience and I will not be going back, he also did not speak to me in English, the cashier translated. Not going back!!!!!!

F21 has never been a disappointment for me. When this store location first opened up, there was such a large variety of clothes & the store was much cleaner. I really used to look forward to shopping here. Now, it doesn't appeal as much anymore. Clothing racks & shoes aren't as neatly kept as they used to be & their clothes seem predictable (i.e. Summer/Crop tops all over, little variety). I don't know what has happened, but all the inventory seems like they could've gotten it from Southlake.

They have some decent clothing. When I went to check out, the girl at the counter was too busy talking about getting her bikini waxed with another cashier and ended up telling me to wait until I took my card out so she could get receipt paper so she could write down the name of a waxing spa. A few other times ive shopped here, the people working the front act like your an inconvenience to them. Decent customer service is not a thing here...

I stood at the counter for a minute before the 3 workers standing there acknowledged me. They kept talking amongst themselves without saying a word to me. Then one of the young ladies said, “I’ll check you out down here.” The whole time she checked me out, she didn’t say anything to me; she kept talking to her coworkers. Attempted to make a exchange in this store with items that have been unworn with tags all attached and was informed they don't do that. My wife and I take our kids here every year for back to school shopping. What a disappointment this year. The store was absolutely filthy. The staff was present, but not very helpful. The fitting rooms upstairs were closed so to try anything on it was a trip back downstairs. It seems like the prices are going up, and the quality is going down of the actual clothes. Unfortunate set of circumstances maybe, but it was a wasted trip.

First off there is a reason Forever 21 might be filing for bankruptcy, they want to charge Boutique prices for Walmart quality clothes but that has nothing to do with this location. I only shop F21 when I plan on wearing something once or for a costume. I would rather drive 40mins to the one at Tanger than shop at the Fayetteville location. Most of the people who work here are inexperienced. They have terrible customer service and are very stingy with returns. Places with quality clothes and even Target accept all returns. I tried returning a pair of sunglasses that I NEVER wore and they still had the tags. The girl at the register said I couldn’t return them cause they looked tampered with, like sis have you seen the mess in this store and the other sunglasses nothing looks prestine. I talked to Stephen the manager who was no better and acts like he owns the store. My problem isn’t really about the return but mainly the unfriendliness. If this had been the first issue I’ve ever had with this location, it wouldn’t have been a problem. Forever 21 should invest in better hiring practices.
