Worst checkout experience I’ve ever had in my life. The woman assisting me with selecting my shoes was so nice, however once I got to the counter the girl texting was useless. I said “hi m’am can I go ahead and purchase these shoes?” She’s all “yeah sure.” So I set me shoes down and then she tells me I have to go around to the other side. So I wait on the other side of the counter watching her text for over a minute...when it comes to checking out I asked if her she could make sure the shoes are matching sizes and she rolls her eyes at me and doesn’t actually remove the tissue paper to see the bottom where the size is. So I have to check for it myself. I asked if they can apply the military discount and of course she denies me of it, which I’ve received it at this location months prior. Then she prints my receipt I said I’ll go ahead and take it, and she proceeds to put it in the bag. I said “no, may I see it?” And she puts it in the bag anyway and walks away. I understand customer service jobs aren’t the greatest as I’ve been there myself, but seriously? I unfortunately have shopped at this store for years in other states, and this is by far the worst service and I most definitely will never be shopping here again based on the level of service and professionalism.

I love this place. Hands down the best option for Plus Size in the entire mall. Still a mini section(hope those die out soon) BUT lots of straight size pieces have a lot of stretch if you're an XL or even sometimes 2x! Constantly having sales, like at least 3 times a month. Best plus size Jeans I've ever owned. Durable and flattering, stretchy yet true to size. SO COMFY!

Me and my wife are waiting in line and they let some other lady just cut in front like it was nothing. Clearly playing favorites here. Or Maybe they are racist against Asian women or White guys. Either way, we walked out without buying anything. They don't wear name tags but it was a women with a black smart band.

the clothes they were good, the costumer service on the other hand was terrible. these people did not care about there jobs or the people shopping. there was a huge line for the dressing room because none of the employees cared enough to even help us out. y’all need to work on your manners and actually help the shoppers out. they didn’t even acknowledge that we walked into there store. i was with my sister , and many people were asking if she was an employee. like that’s just sad. if you like getting help from employees or like good customer service i don’t suggest this store.

Decent selection of clothing. I have gotten some great clearance deals here. One thing is it is almost always very disorganized and everything is crammed on the racks. (In the clearance sections) I try not to go on the weekend because it is little to no help from the employees, outside of the manager who is always very nice and helpful. Some of the sizing is off or inaccurate...the "regular" sizes can run small and the plus sizes are too big. Cute jewelry and accessories though, and no sizing to really worry about LOL! Pictured is a dress I got for $7!! Also picked up this cute jacket for $9
