Very Poor service ! I retured 1item with gift receipt and exchanged for other items at this store. There was 4 cents left from total amount I returned. But cashier said I have to spend 4cent more for exchange my items! Eventhough I told her that I dont need 4cents, I d like to waive that! But they refused that. So I looked for return policy. On the carters official site, “ Afere 90days, items may be returned for current selling price in the form of a merchandise credit or merchandise exchange “ I met store manager but she didnt hear me and just told me “I cant do anything else for you” That was very inattentive response. Very bad experience. Im going to write to the Caters to complain about Staffs and manager who have a bad attitude!

I went in there yesterday and their staff has the worst Customer Service skills. No one greeted me. They held a 10 min conversation with each other while I was on line waiting for assistance (about personal stuff with a manager who just finished her shift). The staff at this location go the extra mile to care for their customers. We had just popped in to do a pickup and didn't grab the diaper bag. Sure enough, the baby needed a tissue after a sneeze. Not only did they get us a tissue, but offered the whole box for the road. They also have no problem with running to the back to check for the size you need.
