I was disappointed to fight DE 1 traffic at 1pm on a Saturday only to find they were closed. Both their web page and the sign in their door said they would be open then.

This establishment is one that I hope no one ever visits if they are looking for a gown. Her service was extremely overbearing, unwanted and discriminatory. She did not allow us to try on the 5+ gowns that we chose. Reasoning for so many was because we were looking at different styles and sizes to see what worked and what did not. I had picked out a few that I wanted to purchase for my girls and asked when could she come back to get something of her choice. She stated Friday and our visit was on Tuesday. The owner said that she did not want us to try on any more gowns since we were not buying anything this was not dress up. I told my girls to grab their things to leave because we were not even going to purchase the few we had already set aside to get. I felt extremely uncomfortable and irritated following this visit. She constantly used the phrase "you people" in which threw us off and solidified the reason for leaving. I have purchased gowns here before that I wore in the state pageant and placed. Unfortunately she was not quite as polite as she had seemed when she saw money in hand the last time. I stated then that I was not leaving without a gown and this time we had questions in making sure we chose the correct gown besides the ones we wanted. Long story short we will not be coming back here nor will we recommend that any one else visit either. Its unfortunate that your expected to purchase or your prohibited from trying on anything really. What if you were shopping around? Way to keep customers! Oh yeah I forgot about the rude sign she has posted in the store and how she follows you around. Not a choice at all to shop! However everyone will have their own experience!

We have been to that dress shop person that runs it or work in there a older lady is rude and very nasty attitude never will we step foot in that place again gave a 1 star because I had no other choice.

My daughter and I got kicked out of her store. She said we couldn't try on a size 2 dress because she would put too much stress on the zipper. She made my daughter feel bad about herself. Bad service, and we will not come back.

My experience with the store owner, Nancy was extremely fantastic! She was so helpful and allowed me to try on as many wedding dresses as I desired. I found the most beautiful and perfect wedding dress for about 10% of my actual budget. She also made sure to assist me in finding the perfect tiara and veil to go with my dress. If ever in the area again, I will most definitely be back! Thank you for making me the happiest bride to be!
