There were pretty dresses nothing that stood out. I mean most were actually pretty dirty and the beads seemed they were going to fall of the dresses at any moment. The customer service (if you can even call it that) was utterly atrocious....I could type out everything those rude sales persons said to us but this review would never end. Just keep in mind if you're looking for a wedding dress it's best to go somewhere that wants to assist you and have your business

Very little service was offered, they gave no recommendations of gowns, did not ask if any assistance was needed, they acted pretty much like ghosts: nonexistent. They were also rude to my whole party starting with one person trying on a dress and them telling her it's not dress up time although she was shopping too. The selection was decent, there were a few that were stunning but everything felt like a costume and not like it belonged at a wedding. The prices were fair for the dresses. Definitely would not return to purchase a dress from due to the service (the lack of) and impolite comments.

Ask to get measured myself before I ordered my bridesmaid's dress. They told me that I would have to purchase or buy a dress from their store and then they would be able to measure me for the measurement for my dress. It's an okay place

Went for groomsman wedding outfits and the friendly staff helped us to get dressed, alter clothing where needed and tips for wearing clothing properly. A small venue, but with lots of options at a fair price.

their dresses that are on sale require alterations which are costly and the new dresses are very expensive the salesperson was NOT very professional I won't say not to go but it isn't a place I would ever go back to

Like the bridal boutique it self, but the alterer was terrible! First, I was not told about a second fee, second she got very nasty and rude and threw my receipt on the floor and told me to go. Third, she tried to get me to pay 75 for hardly trimming anything off! My dress is still extremely too long and now I have to go to another place to get it hemmed. Do not recommend it.

The dresses were somewhat decent but most gowns and veils had stains on them, or smelled disgusting. The floors were so dirty that after trying on a dress barefoot my feet are now black. The customer service was horrendous. The workers were screaming at someone on the phone when i walked in and part way through my visit made very rude comments to me and those in my party as well as basically ushering me out the door. If you want me to spend $1500 on a old, used, stained gown you could at least be pleasant.
