This Spencer's is very small. The size of it really takes away from the specialness of the store. It doesn't have the grungy feel when the whole thing is as small as a bedroom. Good place to buy body jewelry, shot glasses, shirts, hats, and costume/lingerie. Don't take your small children here and especially don't take them to the back. Just don't bring them in. It's not okay

Spencer's at the Christiana Mall in Newark, Delaware is small, compact, dark, and not much space to easily navigate the very narrow aisles to explore the whimsical, fun, colorful, and bizarre merchandise there. It's a novelty shop that has many items for adults. I like the blankets, graphic tees, character mugs and wallets, and customer service was okay.

I always have a great experience at this location. The associates are always patient with me while I'm deciding on jewelry in the cases. The manager rocks! Super personable and always cracks me up!!

I just want to say thank you to Brian and his staff. They are incredible people and I couldn't be more happy with their service. When customer service pretty much failed me, Brian stepped up and really helped me out with a complicated return situation. His staff in store are so sweet. All of the ladies I've met in there have been nothing but nice to their customers and really go the extra mile to help someone out. I was really shocked how Brian took complete charge of my situation and made sure I was treated fairly and politely. I was lucky enough to catch the manager Brian working who was super helpful. Not only was this gentleman incredibly friendly but he took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. After years of leaving my gauges out, I had no idea what size my ears were. Brian took the time to help me find out exactly what size I would need, stating it was most important to him that I leave the store happy. It's service like this that people remember!

I went in and as allways there's staff that say hi how are u today well I didn't see anyone and so I just kept looking at the stuff and me and my friend was looking st something and he picked it up and it was allready broken so he tryed to fix it and the girl that was working there walks over and snatched it out of he's hand and I just happen to be recording something and I got her takeing it from him she was so rude she never greeted Any of us there was people look for help and she was just behind the desk standing there never came out
