It had a little bit of everything in there and it was mostly good prices. But the employees were arguing with each other at the register when there was a long line and only had one register open. Instead of opening another lane to to take care of the customers they just argued. Then so the only casher was banging and being rough with everyones items. It was really rude.

Wow, I don't come here very often, but I should! This place is packed with great deals. Their home decor section has the best pricing of all. 4'×3' paintings for $40, not to mention mirrors, wall accents, and so much more. Usually, I think of Ross as just a discount clothing store but they've got bedding, rugs, furniture, and other great stuff as well.

This place has great prices, but if you are going to return something. Make sure you have the original receipt. If you have a gift receipt you only get in store credit. Not sure what the point in a gift receipt is if you can't get your money back.

Instead of actually finding out the price for me she just argued with me about what she thought the price was. What is so hard about looking up a price. I don’t know why this store has a 4 star rating. I went in today (a Saturday at 1pm) and there was 1 line open!! Cashier was super slow and nobody was around to help. The clothing options are few and far between. The store off 31 in Greenwood is cleaner and has more clothes. I will shop there instead.

After trying clothes on in the dressing room (which smelt like a bathroom, also tricky to try pants on when you can’t take your shoes off because of how dirty the floor is), I came out to return my clothes. I was ready to hand my unwanted items (like one does) to the staff member EMILY, when I was greeted with a very rude attitude and unclear apparent “laws” regarding my miss placing of ONE hanger (for the items I was b u y i n g). She made me put my clothes up on the rack and had me count them out loud like an infant. Then she decided to silently glare at me me expecting me to come up with this said “hanger” to which I explained not all my items had hangers. She was furious with my response and refused to give me my clothes back that I was keeping. As we were walking away from this hell she gave us a snarky ‘bye’, and proceeded to notify the security and register about our ‘illegal behavior’. Thx for this experience Emily. Next time I’ll skip a step and lick the McDonald’s floor instead because that would be more pleasant than this experience.

Gotta love these stores! Great prices on pretty much everything, but this is definitely a "hunter/gatherer" kind of store - you're going to be hunting for that shirt in the right size. Very happy to see that they currently have Betsy Johnson bags, happy the dog beds are under $40... Not so happy with the size selection in men's shoes (not a good place if you have small feet and are a guy) and not the place I would go to for small electronics. Otherwise, the store is clean and the staff is friendly.

Ross has a large selection of clothes and shoes, and an alright selection of other home items like cookware, pet supplies, home decor, and etc. One of my favorite things to go to Ross for is neck ties. They often have gorgeous high quality ties from as cheap as $8-12. I've also found Teva sandals for as cheap as $25. They are a great place to browse for quality, sometimes name-brand, items for well below sticker price. They also regularly have very unique items you won't see anywhere else.

Staff is always friendly and their prices are usually really low. I would give it 2 more stars if they actually had better merchandise. I know some women who get some good things in here from time to time, but for men's clothing the selection here is awful. I love the low prices, but I wouldn't wear most of the men's clothing they sell if they gave it to me for FREE. This place is still worth a quick look when you need clothes just because you might get lucky and find some of the rare "good items" they sell from time to time, but for most trips get ready for disappointment. When you DO manage to find something worth buying, the prices are usually GREAT and the employees are always friendly.

I come every once in awhile and get a couple of pants and a pair of shoes I like the prices and quality. The only reason they don't get two extra stars is they prioritize return line. Ok, I don't normally write reviews, let alone complain about places. I normally like this ross, but this time was not as good. My wife is 9 months pregnant, and she wanted to get some last minute items. The line was through the snake, and out past the bedding isles. Being that pregnant, she can not stand I line for that long. So we went to the nearest checkout, where it was the least busy. She girl at the checkout was willing to let us in but for some reason the security guy had a problem. Rather than let her skip ahead, so she doesn't pass out, he tries to get us to go back in line. Dude. Normally I don't cut in line, i learned that as a kid, but for a woman about to bear I child, have a heart bro.

I love shopping at Ross I only buy name brand clothing and purses and I bought the most beautiful leather Calvin Klein purse for $69 that I ended up paying 140 last year for Christmas for my mother I also bought three pairs of shoes two dresses and one blouse all for under $80 I don't know how this store stays in business but I thank my heavenly Stars that they are still in business because I don't shop anywhere else

Maybe most guests expect the store to be a mess but I think they might do better if the store was in better condition. I was double charged at this location on 2 different shopping trips.... the first time I over looked it because it was like 2 bucks and some change the 2nd time it was over 10 dollars. When I called to speak with a manager about the situation she claimed she was going to review the matter and contact me back. Now I understand stores can get busy so 30 minuets after no one contacting me back I took it upon myself to go to the location to ensure they did as they said they would do... upon arrival they had not yet looked at the cameras... now if someone contacted my business telling me one of my employees made a mistake and it cost the customer time and money I would do my best to resolve the situation as quick as possible.... but Ross on the other hand didn’t feel that way I was waiting for ever and then the lady who came out to speak with me wasn’t even who I spoke with prior to driving to the store she was very rude and nonchalant about the situation.... but of course it was not her money stolen because when I was double charged that was theft because I was charged for items I didn’t receive and it wasn’t her time wasted to go fix a problem someone else made and it also wasn’t her gas wasted.. so yea she didn’t too much care. They were completely unprofessional and completely disrespectful and I will never be back..... I did however contact corporate no thanks to the manager.... when I asked her for corporates number she deliberately gave me the wrong number smh.... but when I spoke with corporate they were very apologetic regarding how I was treated.... they need to fire Lauren and Jennifer because if that’s management and they are a representation of the Ross corporation that’s not a good look for the business. Action reflects leadership and this location needs new leaders

Awful experience. Might be okay to go during the day, but I went at 8 pm when they were closing at 10:30 and the fitting rooms are shut down. They have two fitting rooms up front but they are not monitered and people have entire carts worth of clothes to try on. I had several things I was ready to buy but left with nothing. Worst customer service experience ever! I cannot believe I can literally walk into a retail store and have not one but two employees refuse to help me! And one wasn't even busy! I'm not someone to complain easily and in fact have only reviewed to give someone good credit for their service, however I am in the customer service industry and am in shock of the terrible service I received today by the cashier and another employee. I could never image treating a customer like they didn't matter! Especially to the point where they didn't even care about making the sale! I wanted to buy! I was trying to buy! They refused to help me, so I left without making the purchase and well....they were ok with that! As long as they didn't have to put any more effort into their job. Management should be aware of this and hopefully try and make some changes. Very disappointed..

I went here a couple weeks ago after not being in there for almost a year. I know they like you to put the clothes on their rack before trying them on but they now pat down every piece of clothing you're going to try on. I was so shocked to witness that and they pay it down after you're done as well. What on earth has happened to make them go to such measures. I even witnessed someone needing the restroom and having to ask an employee to use it. It feels like a different world in there. I like the deals on clothing but the atmosphere and these security measures are insane. I'm sure there was shady customers in there that betrayed their trust which lead to this and I really hate it because now regular law abiding customers are being treated like potential criminals.

I love Ross, 2 things I don't like is their shoe department, it's setup is completely ridiculous. The other is the handbag department, they used to carry really cute items now the items to choose from go from bad to worse. I still love the clothing and the home department, the people are usually very nice. The other thing I dislike is the planned clothed security, you can tell who they are from a mile away.... and when you're one of the few patrons in the store they stalk you, they are just creepy. I understand the need for security..... but they should hire some people that are a little less obvious, they do the same things, stalking me every time I go there. I feel like walking up to them and saying there's a thief over in junior's, I saw her put a scarf in her handbag just to give them something to do. They can ruin a shopping experience..... eventually they will lose my business.

I came in to purchase a button down shirt because Ross' prices and selection is known around Idaho Falls to be pretty good. I purchased a shirt I thought I would like for $12. It was a good deal to me! When I got home, I found that the shirt was just a tad small. I took the shirt back and I was treated to the easiest and most straight forward merchandise exchange I have ever participated in. The store was well maintained, the staff was every friendly, and the value is undeniable. I highly recommend shopping here for a great selection of low cost clothing.

This store was an absolute train wreck. I've never seen a Ross look so bad. There's we're clothes and other merchandise laying all over the stores floor, there was product literally blocking entire isles from a cart. So many shelves were empty and the store looked about half stocked, an issue that probably could have been solved by picking up all of their product left on the ground. In summary, poor selection, poor management, poor inventory.... Overall just a really terrible store.

I don't normally write reviews but was pretty pissed off and upset when leaving last night 4/19/2015. I went shopping after a long few days prior. Went first to the Casselberry location and then hit the other NEW Casselberry location by the 17-92 after to find another pair of dress shoes, upon shopping... I was followed around the store by an older lady with blonde hair and glasses. She kept pacing and hovering over me when looking for kitchen items. I bought 2 pairs of dress socks, a pair of sleep pants and a shirt. I am a white male so this isn't racial profiling, nor should I be made to feel like a criminal while shopping for merchandise. I am a Finance Manager at Ford and to be honest this was the biggest insult. I persisted to ask her for items in that department that she had no clue to. But being a paying customer. I should never be made to feel like I am doing something wrong by shopping and spending my hard earned money. I will never shop at that location again, this store is a new location built within the last year. I was pretty happy to have a store closer to me, but I'd rather go to Older Casselberry location. Be aware that she may have been doing her job, but you have security staff and cameras for that. You don't need to pace around me and interrupt my shopping experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ross is NOT ALLOWED TO REACIALLY PROFILE anyone. But today while shopping my husband was accused of trying to steal because he wanted to pick the jacket off the floor that was already there. We were followed throughout the whole store the whole time we were there and security was called to stand out side until we checked out. We spent over $300. I worked at Ross before; I know how they work and what they are allowed to do that’s how I know I was being watched. We talked to the workers when they talked to us; we didn’t have any bags or back packs with us just my wallet and phone. So what they did was uncalled for. Just because (locals) my husband and brothers don’t dress up super nice (tank top and shorts) doesn’t mean we are going to steal; WE ARE ALL NOT THE SAME. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.
