Should have gone there in the first place. I wasted my time at another shop, but could not find a nice costume for a New Years theme party. I found exactly what I wanted after trying on several outfits. I also got a really nice wig to push the costume over the top. Matthew was really helpful, and steered me in the right direction.

The staff are ever so helpful and really go the extra mile to help you. They spent so much time with me, I felt guilty. I ended up getting a perfect costume at a really reasonable price. I don't know of anywhere else where I could have got this level of costume (this is not just party costumes, but real theatrical and movie costumes) for even less than a party store price. This place is really a great find. I don't know why more people don't know about them? They seem to be a well kept secret for those in the know. When I was there, they were somewhat busy, but were very well able to keep up with the customers since the staff were very adept and educated. I found the whole experience extremely enjoyable and would go there again next time I need a costume for a party or any event.

High quality theatrical costumes, makeup etc. Very fine and beautiful work from creators who obviously care about their work. If looking for something specific its best to call ahead to make sure they are properly stocked, especially in the Halloween season as they get cleared out of certain things (especially makeup) pretty quickly.

I hired a 70's costume and it was dirty and torn in places. I asked the sales staff to have the items cleaned and stitched before I picked up the outfit and it wasn't done. You would think that after being quoted $90 for the outfit and the the repairs and cleaning not done that I would get a discount. No chance. I'm not hiring from this place again.

Rude, unhelpful, snooty. I called and asked them to take on a project that was needed immediately. They didnt have time for the next 3+ months. No problem. I asked for recommendations as to who else I could turn to and the response from teh manager was I dont give out my competitors names. Sure totally understandable if you were able to do it. Sine you cant, and I cant wait a little help would have been nice.

I purchased a really nice Santa suit here. The lady was very patient as I know I was a pain in the neck. I ended up getting all the stuff like beard, bells, gloves and more. I would not go anywhere else for Santa suits. I also saw lots of other Santa's in the shop as the same time as me.

I stopped in to get my halloween costume early this year - they are very busy close to halloween. The girl that worked with me was really great. She was helpful and patient. I ended up getting one of the best looking pirates you have ever seen. I can't wait to halloween to wear it.

While I've only gone here for make-up and prosthetics, I've never left disappointed. I always find myself marveling at the detail of their rental and display costumes while waiting for their awesome employees to come back with a solution to my problems. I buy one specific kind of body paint there and if they're ever out of stock, the staff are quick to offer solutions and ways to fix my problem. They're very kind and compared to other costuming shops, are the nicest and most knowledgeable staff out there.

The staff bend over backwards to help you here. They don't seem fazed by the unruly college crowd that get pretty rude with them during the Halloween rush. I kind of felt sorry for them working with some of the people that came in so late. Of course I was one of those people too. They will make you look great even when you are clueless and don't know what you want to be for Halloween. The costumes are awesome looking. Not the run of the mill party store junk that comes out of a bag. This is real movie costuming. The kicker is that it is not expensive. The prices end up being less than if you went to a party store. The place can get a little overwhelming when it is Halloween, but the staff will calm you and make the process feel very nice. They have so much in the way of costumes and accessories that it really is hard to narrow your choices down. Don't skip over this place. you owe it to yourself to see why this place has been around for over 50 years.

They have really great looking costumes there. The selection is hard to beat. Attentive staff, and unique looking costumes. They also have masks, wigs and makeup to finish off your look. If you are into halloween, you owe it to yourself to stop in there.

This service is horrible, the employees were rude and these prices were so out of pocket ! I walked in then walked back out! The costumes looked over used and i just wasn't pleased. I had to take a longer drive than i expected, but it was worth it rather than spending my money here.

Everything you can think of for Halloween, costumes, sexy stuff and lots more. I find the staff to be great every time I visit. They are always eager to please. Stock is enormous, and much nicer quality than the "other" place. Prices are best in town, and very reasonable. Don't waste your time anywhere else!

I needed a good looking costume for a dress up wedding (weird, I know). I had no clue at all what to wear. I met Liz after walking into the shop. She immediately put me at ease, and walked me through the process. She measured me, discussed how I wanted to look, and then showed me many options to try on. It was obvious that she knew what she was doing. In the end, I ended up getting a great looking medieval knight costume. This was a great costume, since I was a groomsman. The place is big, bright, well laid out, and the staff are very helpful. I will absolutely be back to Pierre's Costumes if I ever need a costume again.
