I’m a 19 year old black male , First time going in peebles to get a T shirt , an associate was stereotyping me from the moment I walked in. Following me around and all , out of nowhere the associate loses his phone and wallet apparently. Just so happen I was on my way out the door . They locked the doors on me and tried to prevent me from leaving, called the cops and all. All of a sudden the associate finds his wallet and his phone and they unlock the doors immediately.

When Peebles puts on a sale, they put on a sale! Wow, I wish I needed more clothes because I'd do all my shopping at Peebles. Plus, small town store with small town staff, means VERY FRIENDLY. I was happy to shop here today. They are fully stocked and have high quality name brand clothes.

Well, went there yesterday in Milford Delaware and sad to say, they are closing. I am thinking maybe because their prices seemed pretty high, even with the 20%, 40%, and even more price closeouts. Too bad another brick and mortar store is shuttering.

As a man I can only give Peebles to stars because they cater more to women than they do men that used to have South Pole clothes for men. Home in the women's department is terrific I think the men's shoes and sneakers could be a lot better I think for women it's a five store department store before men no.

A good selection of quality clothing including some with overinflated prices attached, but if you are a savvy shopper, you will do fine in this store. If you sign up for a card, just don't let a balance carry over into the next month, and you will do well. Sales and markdowns in between seasons are what will help you score at this store. Otherwise, the garments are pricey (in my opinion).

Got home and checked my receipt to see what cost so much since I purchased things 40% off and one item 10% off. I bought 4 items originally all under $10.00 but my bill was $30.00. I guess when you are charged a higher price than originally marked by the manufacturer, that'll do it.

This place is going out of business so this review won't mean much. The place is disorganized and a mess but got some great sales if you can find what you want in the clutter. Don't expect much help from the staff they all know they're losing their jobs. Good luck!
