In my opinion, this store didnt have enough variety for a 70's or 80's theme. The supply was very slim and I was bothered because it normally does have everything I need. Alot of overpriced costumes and the material was not impressive.

This place is awesome. If you find yourself needing a costume or some part of a costume and it's nowhere near Halloween season, this is the place to go. You will probably find what you're looking for as they have the largest amount of costumes, etc that I've ever seen all year long. It's wot stopping in just to look around.

All the big box costumes and accessories you could hope for plus a selection of mass produced gothish/alt fashion, sky high heels (Pleasers,etc) and adult novelties (upstairs so the kiddies don't have access). If you're looking for an easy Halloween this is your place. Lots of low-mid end options. Basics like beads, domino masks, fans, boas etc in most colors of the rainbow. Party supplies, lots of cheap makeup and masks. There is also a small makeup counter with higher quality makeup like Ben Nye etc. All sales here are final.

A really impressive costume store. It was far bigger than I was expecting. They have a ton of costumes, fake weapons, glitter, hair, and many other horror items for sale. I found the store well organized and clean. There is plenty of parking outside the strip mall they are located in.

If you are looking for a costume shop that is open all year, this is the place to go! The store is huge and they've got a great selection. I always plan my visits before or after the month of October as it gets very busy around Halloween.

I've been here multiple times, most recently last week and I'm not sure what all this negative fuss is over. I mean, as a capable adult-- I was more than able to navigate the store and my questions were properly addressed. Do people honestly need their hand held at every store they go to? No. That is the answer-- NO, they do not. Grow a pair and shop like an adult.

I just went there to grab some helium balloons for my friend's birthday, and these were the cheapest balloons I've ever seen. Half of them had holes in them when the girl was trying to blow them up. Out of the rest that she was finally able to blow up, three of them popped or deflated by the time I got back to my place. The rest were completely deflated after just several hours! C'mon guys... Balloons should be the easiest thing to get right!

A costume shop open all year round and not just right before and after Halloween?? I am so there! I always really enjoy browsing the store and its wide variety of costumes, accessories, and props. They do have a section of the store dedicated to theatrical makeup and wigs, at which one of the sales staff members will gladly assist with any makeup or wig-related needs. My involvement in theater has turned me into quite the costume and makeup junkie, so it's nice to know there's a place in the city where I can indulge that obsession!

Two employees at the checkout, I was standing waiting when the guy asked me if I needed help and I said yes and he then told female coworker and she said you not going to help him. So she asks me what do I need and I informed her that I needed a power ranger's costume size small (4-6). She looks at the costumes which I was just looking at and says no, I asked her if they had some in the back and she said I don't think so. She walks in the back and comes back and says no only medium. It is a total shame to have workers who don't want to work. Why waste your time doing what you don't want to do

I love this place. I feel like it's Halloween 24/7. The selection is huge to satisfy your imagination. Wether you want to be a superhero or a cowboy. If you want to dress up for fun. (You know who you are). Go and let your imagination go wild. So far, I've been happy with my costumes and accessories. You'll have a wonderful selection for Halloween, your next convention attendance, mardi gras at your next party. Costumes for jamming to your favorite eras like the renaissance or be a pirate. Their website says they are open until 10PM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. We got there at 8PM and they were closed at 8. Wouldn’t even look at us through the door. Would not answer the phone.

Decent selection even for larger sizes, if you can stand the creepy, rude, condescending, sales people I didn’t needed or asked for help but they approached (3 different people,) they asked if I needed help and all the information they gave me was incorrect and they did not care. Very uninformed sales people there. I bought one item and left as fast as I could. I figure I will go to party city next time. This store is more convenient and I have spent a lot of money here, but today was the last drop.

This store told me the costume I ordered had not arrived yet in the expected arrival date, and after 1 day the package arrived and they shipped it back to the company without giving me any notice just because the package is overdue. Now they are telling me there is no way of getting it back unless I go over the shopping once again. This is the first and last time I ever shop in this damn shop.

Absolutely the best masquerade store in costume store by far that I have been too I will be going there from now on buying all of my Halloween costumes and any type of masquerade attire that is needed for whatever event that I'm attending. And the customer service there is amazing! I absolutely love my masquerade masks that I purchased from there

The staff was not helpful at all!! They looked and acted as if they didn't want to be there, asked for location of super hero costumes, and instead of directing us, she pointed across the room somewhere. Asked where were the dressing rooms and got another long point across the store. When it came time to check out, the girls(vicky and black girl with green hair) were so interested/distracted by some guy, that we were waiting for our receipt and bags. It's a fun store, employ people who want to be there.
