I didn't have much time to spare, I knew what I needed when I walked in and described the items to the staff. The sales associate knew right where to go. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. Needing a new bra this week and decided to pop into Lane Bryant for a quick in and out purchase this Sunday. While staring at the huge selection of bras on the wall Lisa approached me and quickly helped me calculate (recent weight loss) and find the perfect size! A quick try on and her assessing that the fit was indeed perfect, I was out of there in less then ten minutes! Lisa was fabulous as well as the other girls making sure I knew the deals of this week. I’m so thankful to have a plus size store in Nampa with women who are caring and beyond helpful!

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! I stopped going to the store until they got out of the mall. A little pricey but definately worth it. Love that if it's not in stock they will order it for you and ship it to you free...usually within 3 days its here.

When I first walked in nobody asked me if I needed assistance with anything. Even though the lady behind me was greeted at the door immediately and asked if she needed help, I still continued to look around, then Kayla came up to my mother and I and offered us assistance! She sized us for bras and helped us in every aspect that we needed!!! She was wonderful!!!! She changed my whole entire shopping experience around! She took the time to cater to each and every need we had, and did it with a smile on her face!!! I want to thank her for her time patience and expertise! The sales lady measured me at wearing size 45 bra.. I just laughed.. she asked what size I have on . 42D. (Lane Bryant brand also) No way in hell I could even fit in a 42 if I needed a 45.. it's not possible. She got mad that I didn't believe her and went to the other sales associate to talk about me behind my back. Acted like I wasn't even in the store. She needs to learn how to use a measuring tape. I measured myself at home and it was exactly a 42D! She was very rude about it!

I only went in to get measured for a bra by "professionals" one told me I wear a 42g which they had in store and did not fit, has another lady measure me and she told me I wear a 38K which they do not carry and did not know were I could find one. I had to try buy and send back many bras to find out I wear a 38N!!!! These ladies obviously do not know what they are doing....I will not be measured by them again.

To be fair...the problem was resulted but not without a second trip 1 1/2 hour trip to Dover and a hour on the phone with corporate. The issue was the advertisement "extra 25 percent off for teachers". There was no EXTRA...it was that or 33 percent off with their online coupon...need explain that one???? Long story, short...they did combine and can combine coupons at the managers discretion. Props to Dawn? during our second visit.

Brought my daughter in to be measured so I can have her properly fitted. They said 34 DD to DDD and disappeared. I had to track the sales person down and ask her to repeat the measurements. She said the same thing. I just looked at them. I ordered 4 different styles of 36 DD. She can barely fit the 36. Why do you have people individuals working there who is not well trained?! We wasted time going in and wasting more time because I have to go to another store to be taken care of properly. Lane Bryant shouls be ashamed for not properly training their employess. I would be more understanding if the individuals stated that they dont know how to measure verses measuring people so far off the mark! If I could rate lower, I would.

To be honest I thought they would have better clothing for plus size people but their clothing sucked and it was out of fashion at least at this store. Most of the dresses for women had to be tied in the back like if I was 5 years old, not elegant. Its like they make whatever and expect u to wear it because you are plus size. Did not have a good experience with the apparel however costumer service was friendly.

The ladies here are amazing. Always welcoming and always willing to help you out. I was in a rush and in desperate need of a new blazer, I called a head and the ladies pulled blazers in my prospective size. I picked a gorgeous pink one! Also they are very willing to make sure you have the proper size. Slight down side nothing to do with the service but with the system, when finding the right size you have to call out your size you need. This is a judge free zone but it's still a little exposing emotionally.

Sadly, display placement is more important than customer service. Also, do try to be a savvy customer and check the website and store for sales, management will not actively listen to you when there are no customers in the store to ensure you find the better deal in-store vs online. Lastly, management is more interested in helping new employees learn employee discounts vs efficiently ring up customers to move flow of traffic (previously witnessed issue). Washington St. Store in Indianapolis customer service and Edinburgh Outlet location rocks in comparison to this location.

They always have great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable! The selection of clothes is great, they have casual, business, lounge wear, athletic wear, and occasionally formal wear. The bra selection is fabulous, every size u can imagine. They no longer carry shoes in the store (very disappointing).

It stinks that I have to drive from Boise to Nampa to find a store that has my bra size, but i digress. I went into the Cacique store yesterday because it was the last day for their big sale and I had an extra coupon. At first, I was not impressed because no one greeted me when I came in or offered to help me find sizes as I carried around 6 bras. I must be an odd size, because there was not very much selection of my size in the bras on the buy 2 get 2 free sale. (It was the night that the sale was ending, so I wasn't surprised that there weren't many) In fact, I only found 2 bras in my size, so I figured that I could not take advantage of the sale. I went up to check out with the bras that I found, and the ladies in the store told me that I could order sale bras from the website and combine them with this offer. The bras will be mailed to my home in Boise , too, so I don't have to make another trip to Nampa! The two of them spent A LOT of time finding the few bras left in my size from the website so I could get the sale price. They really went above and beyond to help me. If you need a large, hard-to-find size, this is the place to go! Now to get a location in Boise... ;)
