If I could give this place a 0 stars I would... HORRIBLE service!!! We walked in and they took us to the back telling us every dress came in any color we wanted. They never checked on us while picking dresses and were attentive to a party that arrived after us. Once we got our hopes up with two dresses they let us know it wasn’t available in the color we wanted. The owner was very rude and made us try on dresses we weren’t interested in. Over all very bad service and wouldn’t recommend.

A must if you are local! My appointment was a Wednesday afternoon so I suggest coming in during the week instead of the weekend so that you have time and don't feel rushed. I was lucky to find my dress so quick and most brides may not have the same luck. The dresses are all that you would see in a boutique and the service is second to none! Anna and Irini helped me find my dress on the second dress I tried on! They knew exactly what I was looking for! We found my dress so fast, we had time to look at mother of the bride dresses for my mother! The shoppe is smaller than other bridal boutiques but the service I got and the amount of care and consideration for me and my family was above and beyond! I am so happy and excited and can't wait to go back for my first fitting!

From October to yesterday , the bridal shop and the owners are nothing but professional ! They have designer dresses for affordable cost and the owner will work with you ! Do no go there. I've tried to make an appointment for a month and didn't get a response. Finally, my bridesmaid was able to get an appointment for last Saturday. We were on our way there and were going to be about 6 minutes late. As a responsible adult, I've called to inform the store we're going to be late. The answer was "that's ok, I'm running 35 minutes late with the previous appointment" when I've asked wby didn't we get a call informing us about the delay, Nikki, the owner, just said she was busy. When we arrived, Nikki, kept trying to get us to look at bridesmaids dresses. I've specifically said I'm not interested, but she kept suggesting we look at bridesmaids dresses. We've arrived at 1:38pm. Our appointment was for 1:30pm. I didn't get to try on dresses until 2:21pm! Nikki kept saying I need to understand that they are very busy, and that she cannot just stop the other appointment. I've made it very clear that I have another appointment that day and I cannot stay later than planned. She just kept saying that I newd to understand she's busy. We pulled many dresses but I only got to try a few, "somehow" not all the dresses made it to my fitting room for try on. She kept saying I won't fit or won't like some of the dresses I've picked. She was also very rough taking dresses off me and putting them on me, at some point, she yanked a dress from under my feet almost causing me to fall. Moreover, when the next bride areived, she was trying to rush me out, even though my appointment was delayed by 50 minutes! The place was dirty and there was no air conditioning. I wasn't impressed by collection or prices. Really regret going there.

I went to Irini's with a big group, not expecting to buy anything, as I planned on buying one in the UK where I'm currently living and where the wedding would take place. Each got to pick out a dress for me to try on, and my grandmother happened to pick the dress I ended up buying. Niki knew as soon as my grandmom handed her the dress that this would be the winner. I am still absolutely obsessed with it, and can't imagine having got married in any other dress. It was the Wtoo Audrey dress in ivory (pictured below). It fit perfectly, and the alterations were done really well. They even worked around the fact that I could only do fittings while I was visiting the States, including a quick turn around after my final fitting so I could take it back with me.

When I went in for the first time, I brought pictures of a few different dresses I liked. Niki combined my favorite parts of each dress and pulled it all together into one amazing dress! For my first bridal dress shopping experience, I visited 2 other salons. At the time, I didn't realize how poorly the consultants did. In those shops, they did not do a great job fitting/pinning me into the dresses and although asked for what I was looking for also had me go through the stock to pull dresses rather than helping suggest things in my style and that would fit my body. So onto going to Irini's and seeing Nikki. It was a completely 100% different experience. She's obviously knowledgeable not just in bridal dresses but her stock and how to make you look your best. She's also a seamstress so she has a completely different view of the dresses than your standard consultant. I described the style I was going for, showed her a dress I had liked before, and she pulled a whole bunch. She let me walk through the racks, but I honestly don't think I pulled a single dress I tried on. She was so down to earth and honest. She perfectly followed not just my style but what was most flattering on my body. The first dresses everyone knew they weren't the ones, and she was able to help determine what it was about them that wasn't quite right and keep moving forward. Eventually, she put me in THE PERFECT dress. And honestly, I think she knew it was the dress well before we got there but she built up to it. She was able to help me envision quite a few changes/customizations to elevate it from a great dress to the most perfect one imaginable. The seamstress in her stood out strong when she described changes that could be made that I never would have thought of, but were also absolutely perfect for my vision. In addition, she has a relationship with the designer and was able to get them to agree to a completely custom dress, combining features from a couple of their dresses into one. She was also very conscientious of my budget and tried her best to make all of these customizations affordable. So in summation, I had an AMAZING experience here, Nikki was absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, nice, honest, and just overall great. I would 100% recommend anyone and I wish I had started here. It would have made the whole experience much better and less overwhelming. (though there's a chance I wouldn't have been able to pick the dress without having tried ~30 on before, but we'll never know)

Irini's is AMAZING! Niki custom designed our daughter's wedding dress - totally one of a kind! All of the alterations are done right there and on time. She also took care of all seven bridesmaids, Mother of the Bride and additional family. Niki is extremely warm and friendly - not to mention patient - truly a part of our family now! I can not say enough good things about Niki at Irini's. Fabulous small business that gives you excellent quality at a reasonable price. We will definitely be back for future formal attire as well as another daughter's wedding!

While I did not find my dress here, Nikki was great and she really knows her stuff when it comes to wedding dresses. In less than a minute, she pulled a ton of dresses that she knew would look good on me. She was also very accommodating as we accidentally arrived 30 minutes early for our appointment, but she started helping us almost right away and then she gave us extra time at the end too. I think that was mostly because she had too many things going on at once and left our group alone for really long periods of time while helping other customers. The only other negative is that the store was a little dirty.

My bridesmaids purchased their dresses here for my wedding and Niki was incredible to work with! I visited her shop myself probably three or four times to try to match up colors of different designers, since I did 3 colors in 2 different designer lines. She helped me out so much and made me feel very calm with everything. She was so friendly and great to work with and the dresses came in with plenty of time. Niki and her family are amazing, and I love how they let you try on whatever you want, and they make you feel comfortable. Their prices are very reasonable, and they have a huge selection of bridesmaids dresses. <3

This is a family run business, been in operation for MANY years. The building made me suspect that I might not like this store, but I kept my appt anyway, and am SO glad I did. This was my first stop in dress shopping and went to 4 others stores in the weeks after starting here. I have now gone back. They have an amazing selection compared to others in DE and they will personalize any dress making whatever changes you can imagine. They will also make suggesttions about how the dress might be more flattering on you. Only one other of the 5 stores I went to came ever close to this kind of service and their costs were almost triple for the dresses, let alone the alterations. Don't let looks deceive you. This is a GREAT bridal and dress shop!

I came here to hopefully find the one. First the lady who was helping me didn't ask anything about whether I have a budget. She ignored me and my group when we asked how much a dress was, she was very rude. As for trying in the gowns , usually the consultant will clip the gown to tighten it so I could walk out and show my family. . well she didn't do that. My sister actually held the dress for me so I could see what it looked like fitted to me. When asked what kind of style I wanted, she would say no that's not going to look right and suggest a style I absolutley dislike and knew I didn't want. Now for the set up of this store , I understand it's an old house but during my appointment there were people walking by multiple times taking pictures in dresses as I'm standing in front of my family, but they can't see because of the traffic of people walking in and out. We weren't offered anything to drink... I felt extremely pressured to say yes to a dress right away,it was ALL about sell! sell! sell! They didn't care how I felt or they weren't honest on how I looked in the dresses. One focus was to make a sale. I felt like I was at a car dealership looking for a new car. Dissapointed and would never recommend or consider buying a dress from there. Sorry to be harsh, but it's my honest opinion of what I experienced.

I just went in yesterday to get my dress. It was the first and ONLY time I went wedding dress shopping. The experience was wonderful, and I didn't feel rushed. I was given the opportunity to try on any dress I wanted, and the woman who helped me was so friendly and she had me try on a few she thought would look good as well. I found the dress of my dreams and the prices there were unbeatable. I looked like a million bucks but didn't spend that much. I didnt actually go. But. After listening to my fiance rave about the experience for almost 20 minutes tonight, I HAD to leave a review. Remember, this is all second hand, but the impression was SO GOOD, I - as the husband to be - felt the need to review. Apparently the shop is owned for 40+ years by Greek immigrants, and my fiance had glowing reviews for their daughter, Nikki, who walked the ladies in attendence through the entire process. Nikki reviewed my fiances pintrest selections and made multiple suggestions that she really appreciated. The energy was great and the attention was very thoughtful. Kate (my bride to be) finally found her dress here, and convinced she wouldnt get emotional over her dress, shed a tear with her family and Nikki over the choice. A choice Kate didnt know she wanted without Nikki's suggestion. Kate went on and on about how positive, and thoughtful the experience was. I hope this helps prospective brides-to-be, and that their experience is as positive as my loves was.

It takes A LOT for me to give a 1 star review but this is completely necessary. If there was a zero star option that would be more fitting. If you want a fun and enjoyable wedding dress experience, I would highly suggest going elsewhere. Niki roped me into coming to Irinis when I saw her at a bridal expo in January. I asked her if she carried Hayley Paige wedding dresses and she said that she did, so I made an appointment to come in the following week. I get there looking for Hayley Paige dresses and she then tells me that she only has their bridesmaid collection (and a very limited quantity at that, literally one or 2 dresses). That was the first of many bait and switches she pulled on me. Each time I went there with an appointment time scheduled, I still ended up waiting an hour most times. Once, she left me in the store for an hour and 15 minutes while she went home to pick up her son and change. Other times, I would have an appointment scheduled for one day and she would have to switch it to another day weeks later because she booked a trip to Greece (right in the middle of her busy season). Then I would get there and her famous line would come out, “I really had to squeeze you in today!” Excuse me, squeeze me in? The only reason these appointments were rescheduled was to make it more convenient for YOU! Fast forward - I ended up finding a dress I loved and started the alteration process. Each time the alterations were not started until I got there in the store at my appointment time. I asked her at the first alteration appointment how many alterations I would have and she said 3 and on the 3rd the dress goes with you. On my third and final fitting day she had just returned from Greece and very casually said that she “still had things to do on my dress”. Keep in mind that was 2 weeks before my wedding day. She told me I would have to come back a week later, ONE WEEK BEFORE MY WEDDING! During this time I also had 2 bridesmaid dresses rush shipped that were due to arrive in early August. I texted Niki when she returned home from her vacation to ask if the bridesmaid dresses were in yet. She told me that they were, so I arranged for my bridesmaids to come with me to pick up their dresses. When I got there she saw that they were with me and she blankly looked at me and said, “I don’t even know if those dresses are here and if they are , they aren’t tagged, I told you they were in to shut you up”. What kind of person speaks to a customer like that?! She lied to me about my these dresses, luckily they were in the store but were delivered right before the appointment time. She later had the audacity to call me a bridezilla, any bride knows that the weeks leading up to their wedding are critical. Worrying about your dress is the last thing that should be adding unnecessary stress and frustration. I ended up finally getting my dress with days to spare and when it came to wedding day my dress could not even be bustled because it was done improperly, yet I was still charged 425 for alterations that were done so terribly.

Niki and her family are just amazing!! They truly made my dress dreams come true and felt like part of our family by the end. The selection of dresses is fantastic but what's even better is their alteration skills. I loved my dress but really wanted to change the neckline to make it a little less revealing. I had no idea how to do it and we tried a few things before Niki and her mom had the idea to add a special lace detail that looked like it was made for the dress. I had so many compliments telling me it was the most gorgeous dress people had seen and more importantly me and my now husband just loved it!! If you are looking for amazing dresses, a wonderful experience and great family oriented people Niki and Irini's is your place. Can't recommend them enough!!!

They have a huge beautiful selection of gowns, NO high pressure sales, knowledgeable, organized, and great prices for the quality, friendly atmosphere and not snobby. When you try something on there you learned what a real quality structure dress should feel like and how it makes you look fabulous in all the right places. You will realize you been settling and overpaying for gowns at your other favorite "go-to" stores. I felt like I was treated like family there. This is our family's new favorite place to get a gown for any occasion. Niki was phenomenal! She can tell she loves what she does and it shows. I gave her challenges in finding my wedding dress. When I describe my dream dress she pulled dresses exactly what I was describing. She listen to details and really knows her inventory like the back of her hand. I am normally a person that would have to look at everything on the racks in fear of something being missed to have showned to me but I felt so trusted in her decision making for me. Farthermore, being an incredible seamstress gave her the upper hand to help me with my dress needs that other sales Consultants would have probably not even showed me these certain dresses. She temporarily pinned alterations of all my listed needs on each dress that the dress looked like it was already had the finished look. I did not have to leave anything to the imagination when looking into the mirror. I was able to look at it and make a decision right there. Having her help felt like a stress rock was lifted off me and I started to have fun. She definitely delivered the "WOW THIS IS THE ONE" moment, which I didn't think was possible since everything looked beautiful bride on me. It was a dress she picked for me to try on right off the bat.

I first worked with Irini’s Originals about a year and a half ago when I ordered my bridesmaid dress for a wedding I was in at the time. As I live in another state, Nikki Irini made the whole process so seamless. The communication and attention I received was so comforting. That’s why when it was time to choose bridesmaids’ dresses for my own wedding this past year, it was an easy decision! Nikki and her team made the experience so easy and enjoyable for me and my bridesmaids. Accommodating my bridesmaids both near and far. We also purchased my mother’s dress for the wedding here. Nikki is absolutely fantastic. My daughter had a really bad experience with Anastasia's Bridal Shop, and Nikki fixed it all!!!! She never hesitated to help and did everything she could so that my daughter could have the dress of her dreams, that she originally ordered from Anastasia's. She was genuinely concerned and called regularly to keep in touch to make sure everything was going smooth with the whole transaction. THEN, we realized that my daughter's veil was ivory, not white when we got it home and Nikki AGAIN went out of her way to help. I even found my mother of the bride gown here, after already buying one, that I was not real sure of. She knew exactly what I needed to look great. I would HIGHLY recommended her to everybody!!! Niki helped me find the perfect dress! My mom was only in town for one day, so I had a lot of pressure to find something. I had already gone to one salon that day, took a lunch break, and then arrived at Irini’s. I tried on a TON of dresses, but Niki didn’t give up and kept pulling looks. The last dress I tried on was the one! I especially loved that they do their alterations in-house. When I tried my dress on, it was great but there was something off about the neckline. Niki did a few tucks and pins and when I did my second look, that was it! Had it not been for Niki adjusting the dress right then, I probably wouldn’t have had a happy ending to my dress hunt that day. When it came time to actually altering the dress, Niki and her mom did a fantastic job and my dress fit me like a glove! So happy with my final product.

AH-MAZING!! I can't explain enough how grateful I am that I chose this wonderful (and affordable!!) family owned dress shop to make the wedding dress of my dreams! I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from Irinis. Nikki was so helpful in keeping everything organized. I have 8 bridesmaids so quite a few dresses with style numbers and sizes to keep track of. Not only were the prices great but Nikki made sure to keep me updated on the status of the order. They even came in a few weeks earlier than expected. I got my bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride dress, and wedding dress from Irini's Originals. They were such a joy to work with! All of our dresses and alterations were done in a timely manner with the individual attention that they needed. This is a family owned business that knows what they are doing. They do require appointments, which I prefer, so their attention is on you and you alone. Nikki also knows what dress will look good on each person. The first dress I put on was her recommendation and it was the one I purchased. It was absolutely beautiful and everything I wanted. I highly recommend using Irini's Originals whether it's for prom, weddings, etc.

The owner spreads herself way too thin. There were multiple appointments during mine and she was running back and forth trying to accommodate both parties. Her children were running up and down the steps loudly (I generally don't mind kids but it was definitely taking away from the experience). She is knowledgeable and is willing to you give a deal on the dress, however I was very turned off when she started speaking negatively of a competing store that I mentioned I had an appointment at. I found that to be immature and unprofessional. I left there with a bad taste in my mouth.
