Highly recommend, even with the time of year "prom" All three associates were very patient and accommodating. Jen was wonderful!!! We changed our mind on color of the tux after sizing and she just switched it all out in a jiffy. No wait time at all, i was expecting to be there for at least an hour. Definetly recommend their services!

Both my sons went to prom yesterday. One of them had the wrong shade of green vest and it didn't compliment his dates dress. I called Formal Affairs and explained the situation, the accomodated me right away with no issue. When I arrived (just moments before the prom) I didn't have to wait in line, the new vest was all ready to go and I didn't get charged extra. They were so great about everything and very understanding. Their customer service is awesome and I'm going to recommend them to everyone I know.

We rented tuxes for my husband and all his groomsmen recently. Formal Affairs was awesome! They went out of their way to help us acquire vests that perfectly matched the bridesmaid dresses. They pulled some strings in order to get the vests to us on time. I would not go anywhere else! Thank you so much for being a part of our big day!

I had an experience that was nothing but positive when renting my tuxedo here. All the staff were kind, friendly and gave genuine and helpful advice throughout the process of choosing and fitting the components. I picked up my tux the day before, wore it the night of my prom, and returned it the following day before closing time. I booked the rental about a week before my prom date without any issue. The process was stress free and I very much appreciated that. The staff were so eager to help that it was actually an enjoyable experience despite the crowd of customers. The jacket, pants, vest and shirt were clean and ready to wear. They looked great; free of any sign of previous wear. The shoes were incredibly shiny and actually got me compliments throughout the night. Everything fit absolutely perfect and looked sharp. I was very pleased with the quality and feel of the materials. The $50 tuxedo ONLY applies to a classic variation of a standard black tuxedo. The small yellow signs around town are slightly misleading, but it was no issue in the end. My light gray jacket, pants, shirt, vest, shoes, buttons, bowtie, and cuff links cost just over $150 which I considered a favorable deal compared to other stores like Men's Warehouse. On that note, a classic tux for $50 is undoubtedly unbeatable and true. There is little reason to go anywhere but here for a tux rental. I was glad to support a thriving local business in my community that treated me well, offered what I needed, and provided a fair price point. I will recommend this to others should the opportunity arise, and gladly return should I need another rental.

2.5 Hour wait to pick up tuxedo, when we got it it was two sized two large, person working there informed us that was how it was supposed to fit. When we got home we discovered that the coat button was held on with a safety pin and had to be resewn. When I informed the manager of the issues he said that it couldn't have been the wrong size and it was unusual for a coat to be fixed with a safety pin. Not even an apology.

Great service. Great selection of colors, cuts, fabrics and accessories. (THEY EVEN HAVE A $49 TUX RENTAL SPECIAL) They gave everything you need for Prom/Weddings/Formals. They even fit you and make alterations on site. Prices were very reasonable, for a 3 day rental, which included the tux pants/jacket, shirt, vest, tie and cuff links-everything can be altered to fit on site- This tux was only $120 (this was for a Silver/Grey Tux - The plain black tux were around $80) and shoe rental was about $15. Well worth the price if you will only be needing the tux for Senior Prom like my son. WILL UPDATE AFTER WE PICK UP ON 5-16.

I gotta say, The Lady that helped our party was fantastic and accommodating. She was really good and fast. There was a fantastic selection of tuxedos and accessories. I would highly recommend them to everyone that is about to get married, as the groom tuxedo was free. (They make up for it with the groomsmen) But definitely worth it!
