EVERYTHING is double the price, or more, for the same items you'll find online. Don't waste your money, order Amazon or something. Plus it's more private that way.

Would give less than 1 star if possible. Ladies who work there dont look too professional, not the best dressed nor knows how to quite "act professional" over priced, and they accidentally overcharged my friend's credit card. Nobody knows how to refund it even with her bringing proof of receipt and a bank statement AS THEY HAD ASKED. My friend was told she had to wait possibly weeks before getting refunded. In my opinion give her the refund and then open up your investigation because it was your mess up. They have no sense of customer satisfaction. Nor a sincere apology for the issue.

This establishment is so unprofessional I bought something yesterday and when I bought something the proper care for product wasn't explained to me. When I asked if I could get an exchange I was told no the product was defective from the start there policy isn't listed anywhere which is exactly why with every purchase they should be more thorough & in this circumstance I should've gotten a exchange I will never go back there again & not to mention I was walked out of the store but pervious client wasn't was it cause of the color of my skin?

This place sucks I bought a toy the girl at the counter took 20 minutes to get it to work and against my better judgement I bought it anyway and of course when I got home I could not get it to work again and of course they will not take it back they sell you garbage, expensive garbage and then will not stand behind it! Update, approximately 4 weeks later I did everything they told me registered the item with the company boxed it up and had to pay to send it back requesting a refund the company Cali Exotics sent me another of the same piece of garbage when I contacted them they say they do not issue refunds so I would recommend that you don't buy anything produced by this company either

Very bias based on your size. Their hookahs are noth one unit and none of the pieces fit. No returns even if you walk right back in from the car with the receipt within 5 minutes of purchasing a nonsexual product.

If I could give less than one star I would. Ashley one of the sales associates states that she tested a “toy” I bought for my significant other instead of her having me test it in store before I leave. Maybe because I’m a male and thinks I would be uncomfortable testing it? Bring the toy home and it did not work. No life out of it. After spending about an hour in store I was told they could do nothing for me, even though I wasn’t able to test the toy out in store. I would highly encourage anyone else to test whatever you buy in store and not take the employees word for it. They are very quick to let you know the manufacturer has a warranty on it, but neglect to tell you that you do have to pay shipping and handling for your warranty return. Truthfully this is the first time that I have ever written a bad review on anyone’s website but that lack of help or support from these guys was shameful.

They think this is a five star store and have too many rules and regulations you can't be on your phone will in the store I also called to see if they had a certain item and I asked for the price, they told me they can't discuss pricing over the phone, how stupid is that? ZERO STARS. Absolutely hands down the worst retail experience I've ever had. Horrible customer service. When I first walked in, I was totally ignored after these two woman at the registers looked directly my way and then back at the register. I finally asked if they wanted to see ID and got back that no one under 18 was allowed in the store so "that baby isn't allowed in here" speaking about my sleeping 3 month old. Okay, so I get a family member with a child to drive down to sit in the cooled car and keep an eye on things while I shopped for myself and my cousins wedding present. We go back in baby free and get "oh, your back" as she made us wait 5 minutes to get our ID checked when there were other girls who could have checked for us real quick. After just having a baby, im feeling self conscious so im taking my time and trying on everything they have. Same rude girl comes back to whisper something to the other rude girl and proceeds to turn around a foot from me and give me a dirty look before leaving again. So after about an hour and a half in this store, my family is still watching my infant outside. I feed my child in the parking lot and we talk amungst each other about our day while im feeding her. Two rude girls proceed to come outside to tell us that they know we purchased merchandise, but we cant hang out in their parking lot. All I can say is RIDICULOUS!

It is nice when someone will take the time to explain options and help direct you in what otherwise can be an overwhelming situation with the size of the inventory that they have there. Can't take pictures in this place. A little odd for cashing out. They stand on a platform like a judge staring down at you. After you pay, they give you your items at the door before leaving. Helpful, and knowledgeable, with an insane selection. They also sell tobacco paraphernalia and swords, and nun chucks, and throwing stars ,etc.

The store is very nice to shop in. The prices are not reasonable. They are very much over online stores. And the fact that there aren't many stores in our area leaves an unprecedented monopoly. The people who work there seemed to be pleasant . The website for this establishment is a joke . A bunch of beautiful people pictures and no shopping is less than unprofessional. Even drug stores have a shopping ability. The only reason I would shop in the store is that I have no other choice. Or I would see something close up and in person.

Overpriced. Rude staff. And I have to say that a perfect example of how this store operates is how the owner responded to another complaint on here. The owner gave more attitude and didn’t even spell things correctly. Learn how to be professional before you claim professionalism. If people complain about your service on a review, you shouldn’t act like a child and go on a poorly spelled rant. You address their concerns and what made them feel that way about your establishment.

Huge selection and staff is always helpful. Plus they're open late, which is always helpful. However, my only issue is the shoes. Again, lots to choose from, but unless you have extremely small feet I would recommend calling ahead to see if they have shoes in your size, and if so what options are available.
