Absolutely a horrible experience and still spent $500 in two days. The security gaurd followed my wife and I around like we were wearing prison cloths. It was very distasteful and disrespectful. On Saturday night I let it go but today he did it again so I said something to him. He got all defensive and loud with me. Just so unprofessional. Saks should be ashamed to have him there.

Terrible experience, won’t be back! Found a men’s suit I liked in store but they didn’t have my size. The cashier said they could ship it to me from another store. Opened a Saks credit card and bought the item. Week and half later still no suit so I called CS and they said oh sorry it wasn’t in stock. Never got a call or email to say suit wasn’t coming even though I paid for it. Waste of time...

Went to the new one in Stanford Ct and it was the worst shopping experience ever. I usually don't go to the outlet version of designer stores but I thought Since it looked nice id Give it a try. Never again. I was followed around by 4 workers the snore time just because I was looking at a $15 bag. $15?! Who can't afford that. They made me seem like a criminal when all I was doing was trying to shop. The workers are prejudice and racist and I will not be going back. I was so enraged that I left my whole basket of things for those workers to put back. I refused to spend a dime there.
