This place has almost everything, best variety and volume of costume supplies around. Life size character statues and animated props are very entertaining. A little confusing to navigate l, especially when busy. The staff was very helpful although one guy wouldn't leave us alone

Far from calling it a "Flagship " store. Very cluttered and not as big and nicely displayed as the Nassau store. The options for the really good adult costumes are lacking as well. But all in all it does have a way better selection than Party city.

After my son and I left Party City very unhappy due to poor customer service and employees having no knowledge of their products, coming here was like night and day. We were greeted at the door, the young man walked around with us and helped up with everything we needed, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even though my son was terrified to walk around (excellent job by the way lol) he and I left very satisfied and he got something better than what he was originally wanted. Would definitely recommend, and am considering getting something for myself!

Great company, great advice and the staff were excellent. Always willing to assist and though the place is packed with costumes they are rather skilled at finding exactly what you're looking for. The also support Military discount. I will absolutely go back next year or if I need something sooner.

I enjoyed the selection that this place has to offer, but it can be a bit hectic if you're in here during the rush up to Halloween. This place draws a large crowd. Parking was cramped and tough to find a space.

This place is definitely the best costume shop around, best variety and quality. The only problem is that the kids are terrified to go inside with all of the animatronic Halloween decorations.

Waited 20 min in line 2 times for 2 different costumes that were both missing key components (string to tie boustier together and an ENTIRE skirt). When I asked the 2 women working the dressing room if they could grab me another they said I had to come out of the dressing room to find it and come back (and wait online all over again) because other people needed to use the fitting room. Aside from that the costumes that I did manage to try on in entirety were trash quality. Order online save yourself from this poorly managed store. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Oh gosh, this place is lot of fun just to walk around and explore. They have children's costumes, adult costumes, even some sexy costumes like playboy bunnies and princess liea slave costumes. Lots of sizes. The best thing is the have a dressing room so that you can check the sizing. All of the staff were really nice and helpful.

They claimed they don't sell licensed costumes and was looking for a specific one called BoJack Horseman. But, had Marvel, DC, Disney and other licensed costumes for children and adults. Their adult plus sizes in the Disco and pyschodelic styles went up to 22 and missing items being sold for $30-$45 when should be less but claims their discount costume store

What a great store they have just about anything you are looking for. Their employees are very helpful too. The only problem with this one store is that their manager is rude and very pushy. He doesn't seem to know what your asking for because he always shows you something different then what you asked for. And he is nasty to his employees and loves to stalk the customers as they walk through the store. Which makes me feel very uncomfortable.
