Overseas Purchases Beware. Very disappointed, ordered a product to be delivered to Australia. On the order I specifically noted that i needed the items by a specific date and said that if they didn't think it would arrive by the requested date that they notify me immediately and i would cancel the order and get it through a different supplier, their written response to my comment was "Got It Thank you". Paid the additional Express freight cost on order just in case. At no time before they processed and sent the order did they make me aware of any possible issues, however after the product didn't arrive they told me that they wouldn't be shipping to Australia anymore because of continual issues with the freight, which they didn't tell me prior either. When it didn't arrive until TWO WEEKS AFTER REQUIRED DATE and two weeks after my events. Haunted Props said refer to Terms and Conditions we cant guarantee shipping even though on my initial order I stated the required date and they at no time told me that it wasn't going to arrive for my events. Now I am told that if i send it back they will refund me for the product but not the shipping also i would have to wear the cost of the shipping back. I have requested to keep the items as it would cost too much to return. I have only requested the shipping cost refunded as my specific requests were ignored. Company now not responding to emails. Really Disappointed, was hoping to purchase lots more from them...
RESPONSE TO YOUR 5 MONTH DELAYED REACTION TO MY REVIEW - Happy to post on here the thread of unanswered emails. Also you might want to do your research before you try to discredit a reviewer as your response is not only incorrect but also ill informed.

AND MORE - Copying in the postage details just shows that it arrived AFTER my requested date of my event. As I said i called the store personally in the US and emailed the store BEFORE placing the order and they assured me it would arrive on time and that there would be no reason it wouldn't. If in the phone conversation or the emails i sent the store had told me that there could be delays I wouldn't have ordered it or at least had no expectation of it arriving for my event, and as i said in my emails i would have ordered it elsewhere if you weren't able to meet my requirements.
