Terrible customer service. I had to ask when my package was being shipped, they didn’t even ship it until I made a fuss. Then they sent it to the WRONG address. At first I thought I made the error but I checked my email receipt and I didn’t make the mistake. Now I don’t have a costume for a party. Will never use again.

I ordered one item in Hungary, Europe a half a year ago, the item arrived to our capital but not to our home, and at the end it got shipped back to the US. The delivery tracking said it’s been here from March 29 to April 6, and I didn’t get any notification letter about it’s arrival. I worte them an e-mail circa a week ago asking for a refound, I received no respond. I’m pretty dissapointed...

Special ordered cemetery gates from Haunted Props for Halloween 2019. Awesome work and exceeded my expectations! This is the first year I used my Haunted mansion facade and these gates absolutely tied everything together for a complete haunted house look. Thank you Haunted Props for making my Halloween so special this year.

I requested delivery 10/25, it's 10/24 and it still does not show on their website as shipped. I need this for a party 10/26 and have all the other items for this, shoes, wig, accessories but no costume. My order # is 8185 can you please let me know what is going on with this? Will it make it on time? I can't reach anyone by phone. I also sent an email to Sales@HauntedProps as instructed in your voicemail recording. Can you please get back to me. Thank you UPDATE - I just received tracking showing this will deliver the 26th so my order has been shipped and as long as I receive it before the party that night everything will be fine. Thank you

I have ordered from Haunted Props on a number of occasions and they post to me in Australia, i have another prop in the mail as i type this :) the staff are so helpful and have answered all my enquiry emails straight away they have also assisted me on saving on postage. I love this store and will be using again and again. A1

Orderd a custom head and body parts give them some time to make them if ur gonna order custom stuff that needs to be made do it 6 weeks ahead of time very cool props stay intouch with them and they wil keep u updated thanks again joe

Overseas Purchases Beware. Very disappointed, ordered a product to be delivered to Australia. On the order I specifically noted that i needed the items by a specific date and said that if they didn't think it would arrive by the requested date that they notify me immediately and i would cancel the order and get it through a different supplier, their written response to my comment was "Got It Thank you". Paid the additional Express freight cost on order just in case. At no time before they processed and sent the order did they make me aware of any possible issues, however after the product didn't arrive they told me that they wouldn't be shipping to Australia anymore because of continual issues with the freight, which they didn't tell me prior either. When it didn't arrive until TWO WEEKS AFTER REQUIRED DATE and two weeks after my events. Haunted Props said refer to Terms and Conditions we cant guarantee shipping even though on my initial order I stated the required date and they at no time told me that it wasn't going to arrive for my events. Now I am told that if i send it back they will refund me for the product but not the shipping also i would have to wear the cost of the shipping back. I have requested to keep the items as it would cost too much to return. I have only requested the shipping cost refunded as my specific requests were ignored. Company now not responding to emails. Really Disappointed, was hoping to purchase lots more from them... RESPONSE TO YOUR 5 MONTH DELAYED REACTION TO MY REVIEW - Happy to post on here the thread of unanswered emails. Also you might want to do your research before you try to discredit a reviewer as your response is not only incorrect but also ill informed. Probably should have let sleeping dogs lie as I stopped chasing you last year for any kind of refund!!! AND MORE - Copying in the postage details just shows that it arrived AFTER my requested date of my event. As I said i called the store personally in the US and emailed the store BEFORE placing the order and they assured me it would arrive on time and that there would be no reason it wouldn't. If in the phone conversation or the emails i sent the store had told me that there could be delays I wouldn't have ordered it or at least had no expectation of it arriving for my event, and as i said in my emails i would have ordered it elsewhere if you weren't able to meet my requirements.

I recommend these guys!! I am a happy customer!! found my costume cheaper here than any other place online.... by at least $30... I didn’t receive my costume the date I had requested, so I called them, got a real person on the phone! Joe, the owner offered to next day ship it to me so I could have if for a Halloween festival my band is performing in this weekend... now, that’s awesome customer service. Quick and easy, and they were willing to help me out to make sure I have it in time!! I work in retail, going the extra mile to help people out will bring back lots of business!! Thanks Joe!!

Last year I placed an order with Haunted Props. They sent me the wrong items as replacements without my approval. I am still waiting for the props I ordered to be delivered. Its been over 9 months. Would not recommend.
