Great customer service! unrealized that I was charged incorrectly once I made it home. I just knew I was going to have to lug all my items back the the store to clear up the matter. Boy, was I wrong. The assistant Mgr pulled up my receipt and adjusted the priced.

Try exchanging something for a different size without a receipt... This piece of garage store has a policy to mail you the current sale price even if you ask the exchange the exact same item for a different size without a receipt. My wife had to ask her mother to drive all the way down to the store just to not be ripped off and get the same price that was paid for the return because she was no longer interstated in supporting this ridiculous store. The manager did not seem to understand why an exchange was different than a return and new purchase because their computers couldn't handle it even though all other affiliate stores like Banana Republic and Old Navy had NO PROBLEM whatsoever helping us out. We will not be going back to this GAP anytime soon.

Called to see if they had an item in stock so I can exchange an order that I bought online. And they said they were too busy. At the time I called the store was open for an hour. As long as I've shopped at the gap, I don't recall it ever being so swarmed with customers that they can't do an item check. It's not like this is the location on 34th street. Wesport is probably understaffed not "busy". And these retailers wonder why people are shopping online and not in the store. I called Stamford and they had time for me and the item in stock, so off to Stamford I go.

Great selection of both current and just past seasons. Situated at the shopping section of Westport. Enjoy their sales a lot. Again, I consider this my favorite Gap branch.

Honestly they sell very plain clothes for way too much money. Unless you're very concerned about acting like you have money to burn, stick to Goodwill and Walmart and donate the rest of it. Or spend the extra money for clothes that were produced ethically. My opinion.
