Great place to find any costume you are looking for. Traveled from E Harlem to Frank bee store to rent a poppy trolls costume for my daughter's birthday and she loved it so much. Deff will be returning.

Had good service from sales associates during the purchase of two toddler costumes. However, we had to exchange one costume for a bigger size and who we assume was the manager on duty at the time refused to let us process the exchange. First he said that “all sales were final” then proceeded with “we only exchange within six days” not even bothering to read on the receipt that the costumes were purchased only five days ago. He was rude and dismissive of anything that was said and he will never get any business from myself or any person I know.

I’ve rented here before and have dealt with their inconsistency with their prices but what I will not deal with is the their rude staff especially the lady upstairs who answers the phone. I choose to go there because it’s in my neighborhood and they’ve been in business for a long time but after this last experience I will bring my money else where til they learn customer service skills.

I absolutely love this place and the employees are great AND helpful. Only drawback for me is that since they have so much stuff, the place is packed to capacity which triggers a bit of my anxiety....so I try not to stay long. Go here for all your Halloween, costume, and carnival events as they have everything one can imagine and you won't be disappointed. Even their off site location...which houses blowers and the larger items in a warehouse is run by a sweet person! This is basically old fashioned customer service...it's like the good old times where you come in, get assistance and walk out with a smile and satifaction!

Have been coming here for all of my magic needs since I was a kid. Sucks that they no longer seem to carry any magic stuff. Doug was always cool, all of the other employees are rude.

The owner is absolutely amazing. I work for a non profit organization and he is so attentive and sweet to my individuals whenever they visit the establishment. Always a pleasure shopping there. Store is pretty cool and has intersting items. Entire staff is patient and helpful as well. Highly recommended.

Wide selection of costumes. I went 2 days before Halloween and instead of the store being crowded with people messing up items, they had a good crowd control system. They only allowed a certain number of people inside. So while there was a line outside, it was worth waiting on it because you had decent space of the aisles while you looked for your costume. They have a lot of costumes so you will come out with something.
