They have everything you ever wanted for a party the store is huge it goes all the way back the workers there work very hard to work with you to find out what you may need and even offer suggestions there is a young girl Heather there she is very sweet and knowledgeable

Prices are ridiculous! You're better off going to a Party City. You'll pretty much find the same thing but at half of the price. I didn't find their staff to be much help either.

I bought balloons for an event and they were pretty. This place is great. You can find beautiful stuff for parties and and all kind of events and holidays.

Management is extremely rude.I wonder if management is related to the nasty old sourpuss of a lady that always wore a tiara in the old Oceanside store. The cashier was a very sweet girl with great customer service skills. The manager should take lessons from her.

Charges me $5 to blow up ballon I purchased online and 1 broke when they blew it up. I asked for a replacement and owner said she’s not responsible when you bring in balloons. Didn’t even offer to refund me the $5 or give me another ballon. Lost me as a returning customer.

The place is almost empty. I asked of they were closing, they said no. The people are so polite and very attentive. The prices though, wow! This is more like.... I have no time to go shopping this will do, kind of place.
