It's a total waste of time visiting this store. Most of the sale prices indicated throughout the store do not ring up at the sale price, but rather full price - cashiers admit this always happens. CT state regulators should take note because these guys are committing consumer fraud all-day every-day. Also, it's impossible to check out, as every customer pulls out a diaper bag full of Sears and Arby's coupons from 1999 for the cashiers to scan or evaluate for forensic interest - it's not Amazon's fault if these guys fold!

Bad Shopping Experience - The white girl on the customer service desk does not fit to be the customer service. The other day when I was shopping there, the store was near empty. There is only one checkout. The one who was checking out seemed to have some issues/questions. There is another client in front of me. Since I was in a hurry, I took my stuff to the customer service desk and asked her whether she could do the check out. She said sure. But, she did not check me out. She did not look at me. She ignored me completely. She yelled and motioned that the next client on the line to go to her. I felt insulted. That was extremely rude and unprofessional!!!
