I received a defective product that had spilled all over inside the box. The link provided to get information on the return/exchange policy page does not work. Additionally, it took one week for the company to ship my order and I was not notified until 2 days before my order arrived that multiple items I'd purchased were out of stock. I will not be making any future purchases from alhannah.

At Alhannah Islamic clothing store i have always had an amazing experience they have great choices at very affordable prices in fact they are far more cheaper than many other places and good quality products too i have also purchased Islamic swimwear for ladies awesome material..... and the Brother who runs the store is a very decent ,honest Businessman....this time his son was at the store in his absence such well mannered people...Alhamdullila...all in all have always had a great experience here....very patient, sincere, honest business in fact this time i boughtan Abaya and a thobe for a gift ..but when i got home it had a broken button i exchangedafter a week and yet no qualms about it Brother Ahmed.. immediately gave me a new piece actually even better than before and its actually beautiful......they have very affordable pricingand offer discounts too... May Allah swt grant more success to them in their business at Alhannah and bless them with the best of both worlds Aameen... ...

I ordered two printed long al Amira khimar from their website. They are beautiful and don’t have those horrible sequins on them (the main reason I ordered them!) but I’m a little disappointed to see the neck hole is huge on them, so I will have to fix them or wear them as shawls. For the price I think they could have been a little better quality. But they are still beautiful and I will wear them. I hope the web site will offer more items like this but with a little better quality control. Will order again in sh Allah

I've been a customer for over 10 years and have purchased a few abayas and salwar kameez sets - they were very nice. I think as in many islamic clothing stores, though, sizing can be a bit tricky - even in hijabs! I also order all of my extra long AlAmirah hijabs from here, and the size does occasionally vary . On my most recent order they didn't have a color I had asked for and the brother called to tell me and ask what I'd like it replaced with before they shipped. I took the opportunity to tell him that I had recently received a hijab that was smaller than I could use and that this had happened occasionally in the past - same exact style & number, but different size. He very kindly sent along an extra one in the order to be shipped :-). I appreciated his helpfulness!
