Very disappointed in this store. The Employees were very unprofessional. First off, my mother took my kids 5 and 4 years old to jump so I could enjoy shopping with my sister and niece. My 5 year old has bad stomach issues to the point where it hurts for him to go number 2 and he will hold it so he won’t have to be in pain. My niece wanted to go to Tommy Hilfiger so I went with her, and while we were in the store the employees were no further than 10 feet away. I got a call and it was my mother, I could not hear her, so I stepped outside the store and she told me I needed to hurry because my 5 year old was having his stomach problems, so I took off running to go help her. I got both of my sons and we went to the family bathroom so he could go to the bathroom, we were in there for some time because of his stomach issues. We got done and were walking through the food court and two policemen stopped us and said the needed to talk to me about me stealing from Tommy Hilfiger. First of all it was very embarrassing and they were not discreet nor did they console my two children who were wondering why their mom was being questioned by the police. The policemen could have checked the video while me and my boys were in the bathroom instead of embarrassing us. They said the sensor went off, but that’s not true I walked out the store and planned to go back in after I got off my call, but instead it was an emergency so I had to go take care of my son and I ran to go help my mother. Not once did I hear the sensor go off. I was very upset I told the officers go through my bags I have receipts for everything and I said why don’t you look at the video. They had 3 policemen surrounding me and my two children and 2 security guards, for something I clearly didn’t do. My sister and and niece were still in the store when this was happening and had no idea it was happening to me and the employees were saying they caught her and told another girl employee she should have tackled me, shes very lucky she didn’t. Clearly in the video it showed I DID NOT STEAL anything. The cop said o you can go it shows you clearly didn’t take anything. But it still doesn’t explain why the sensor went OFF, it didn’t go off that’s why it can’t be explained. Was it because I’m Mexican and ran out of a store I’m automatically accused of stealing? There was absolutely no reason I should have been accused and treated the way I was. I called the store and talked to Kyle the manager and let him know how unprofessional they were and all he could say was the video clearly showed you didn’t take anything. I never gave them a reason to suspect I would, the employees could see me the whole time. This was very embarrassing, and humiliating and it scared my kids. My oldest one thought thought we were getting in trouble because he had to use the restroom so long. I will never shop at this store and I will make sure to spread the word how unprofessional the employees were. Did me and my sons have to be surrounded by 3 policemen and 2 security guards? The answer is NO. I can’t believe how people treat other people these days. This situation could have been handled very differently. I wouldn’t even give this store 1 star, but that’s the only way I can post this.

Place was Clean, the staff wasn't helpful when I asked questions about the different sale signs they had up. The manager didn't say one word to us until we were paying. I put a 3 because it was Clean my kids found what they wanted and normally I Dont ask questions but since I did and really didn't get help it me do a lower number.

I used to like purchasing Tommy Hilfiger goods, but this store is a reminder as to why I purchase only online. I've been in multiple times buying boxer briefs, belts, and Hilfiger goods as a whole, but I can't get past the staff anymore and will not be purchasing for a while. It's interesting, the male employees seem to always be willing to help and greet for the most part any time I come in, but the female employees act like everyone in the store is a burden. Any time I've come in where the blonde and brunette girl are working together, they don't do anything out of their way. I finally got fed up when I asked the brunette girl to locate me a size of a shirt, and she didn't even look at it and said they didn't have it in stock. I was furious, I dropped all of my items on the spot and walked out. As I walked out, she cackled and blonde haired girl didn't step in to say anything. Completely unacceptable customer service. I expected much better. If you don't like your job, don't work there. I won't be shopping at this location anymore, and I might be put off from buying from Tommy forever. If you go to this mall and wanna end up with better goods for the price, just head over to Ralph Lauren instead. The customer is much nicer there no matter whose working, and the store doesn't feel like a claustrophobic mess.

Very good and extremely cheap place. I'm a European and TH is branded there as a premium brand, often five times or more more expensive. Prices here are extremely affordable...When I was there I had no problems with the service. Would definitely recommend!

I have never seen such good offers on clothing. It's cheap and the clothing is great quality. (I bought 30$ pants and 20 dollar sweat shirts that lasted for year with very regular use). It's worth the detour. All the other comments criticize the staff, but they were very helpful nice and friendly to me.

I have bought underwear there and on cardboard was labeled my S size, but after at home I realized that underwear is three size bigger XL. Someone put the underwear into a wrong cardboard. But what I am shocked when I called them for explaining what happened they said me: "You have to double check the good which you are buying. It is your fault." Sorry here is not India.

Don't waste your time in the store, they send coupons to your email but refuse to let you use them. I had a 20% off with a barcode and was told it was no good that they good give me 10% off. Staff are rude too.
