The brand itself is fine, but there is a hugely annoying price difference versus online. The girl at the counter was very rude about having to price match the website. Several on sale items were wrung up incorrectly, how closely do you have to watch someone do their job? We will stick to online.

Will not be shopping at this location again! Came here and bought some stuff. I walked out and few seconds later an employee ran me down asking to check my bag. I open my bag and she starts digging through it. In the middle of the mall she's digging through my bag. How much more unprofessional can you get! She didn't pull me to the side just in the middle of the mall LOUD AS EVERY EXCUSE ME DID YOU JUST COME FROM CHILDREN'S PLACE I NEED TO CHECK YOUR BAG! When I say embarrassing as every. Then she said oh this is all you got? The sensor went off when you left the store. When she didn't find what she was looking for she went back to the store. SHE DIDN'T EVEN CHECK THE RECEIPT FOR THE STUFF THAT I DID PURCHASE. I'm not the only person that walked out the store but you want to chase me down and dig through my bag IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MALL. I come here all the time. They will not get another dime of my money. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO PROPERLY CHECK TO SEE IF SOMEONE IS STEALING. STOPPING SOMEONE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MALL LOUD AS EVER AND DIGGING THROUGH THEIR BAG IS NOT THE PROPER WAY! I should have gotten her name so I could report her.

Great clothes, great deals . However , the customer service was really unprofessional. While I was picking out clothes there was another lady being checked out.While she was being checked out the two sales associates were talking back and forth in front of this lady about a friend of theirs who is in a possible open relationship...etc etc... The conversation went on and on for quite awhile. They barely acknowledged the lady at all and then told her the total, she paid and then left. Virtually no eye contact and def no conversation with this lady the entire time. Then I go up to the counter about 5 minutes later and it's still the same "personal" conversation going on. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. Plus does the whole store need to know about this friend''s relationship? Definitely not. There needs to be some common courtesy taught to these employees. Honestly , there would have been better service from a kiosk than these girls. I only go back to this store for the good deals on clothes but have had similar observations before. I suggest hiring other employees that have good customer service .

Great clothes, great prices! I love that most times I can buy matching for my three grandsons of different ages/sizes. If you are looking for designer clothes at high prices, not the place. Kids grow so fast and these clothes have lasted into the second hand-me-down stage and still look great! The more you buy the more credits you get back too. Spent $200 and came away with (35) pairs of socks, (16) undies, (5) jammies, (7) jeans, (6) dress shirts, (5) T-shirt’s, (3) zip hoodies for three boys. How can you pass that up! Shipped to store for free to pick up. Girls there have always been very kind and helpful when I shopped there too.
