They are always AMAZING. Customer service is always A+. The staff will go above and beyond to find a item that you are looking for. If they can't find it they will find it on line or another location. The reason for my 4* is because the store isn't the cleanest (due to restocking etc), items are hard to find. You pretty much always will have to ask a staff member for help. . They are also always busy, and my only suggestion is more registers... but then again they have 4 or 5 open. So I strongly suggest go with patients!

Really disconcerting, called about a return and I drove 30 minutes because an employee said I’d be able to get another product sent to my house. Upon riving, that’s not the case and really disconcerting that a brand like this isn’t able to order products online from their own inventory.

Does not even deserve a star. I bought 16 items but the cashier charged for 18. Fortunately, I found out before I left the store. What follows was a nightmare. It took them more than 50 minutes to make this right. A total waste of my time and money and I got NO APOLOGIES from the manager. Store manager, whose name I believe was Tina, was very very rude. She rolled eye as of I am wasting her time?? Complete NO RESPECT to customers.

They let someone use my card from a foreign country for 3 transactions. I’ve disputed them with my bank, but someone got $1000 of my money and products from this store. Doesn’t seem like their card security is very good, coupled with the fact that it was an international order on a U.S. based card. Very frustrated with this company’s lax security system. And I don’t even get the pleasure of having anything from this store.
