They don’t allow returns on their over-priced Halloween stuff even if it was never used and returned before the holiday. Poor customer service for that reason.

Will not shop here again. Bought graduation stuff and tried to return 2 things that were not used. Clerk told me it was final sale after 5/20. I bought on 5/16 and was not told it was a final sale. Explained that to her and she said it’s not my fault. Not my fault either, there was not a sign up that said final sale. Plus I bought before that date.

I went Halloween costume shopping here. They have a large selection, and a fitting room. I found a reasonably priced costume in a plus size. They also have a lot of accessories for costumes, as well as Halloween decorations. The staff was very helpful.

Don't even bother with party city if you are looking for fun items. This place is great for point specific items ex:theme party's bachelorette, birthdays. Everyone was super wonderful and acknowledged my presence while when I went to party city not a single person asked if I needed help These guys rock.

I like this store a lot. I only wish they had more selection for party supplies. We usually shop at Party City and they seem to have more options on kids and adults party themes but overall we like this store. We will continue to use them for our party needs.

Maybe it's just me but I find this place pricey. Many of the stuffs they sell can be purchased for much cheaper. Nice to have this place around for certain party supplies that can't be found in other stores though.

I usually don’t write reviews but this place was amazing! Our gender reveal party couldn’t have happened without them. The staff was very helpful and went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and I couldn’t have asked for a better balloon to pop/decorations for our party. We will definitely come back for any party needs in the future.

I’ve bought balloons 2 times and have paid extra for the helium. Both times they never lasted like they said they would. The staff is so rude and I will never go in there again. One teenage girl that works there should not be working in costumer service. She is so rude!!!

This place has a bunch of stuff we needed but the employees look like they hate their jobs. This is most likely a manager problem, they need to step it up, be nicer and ask your employees what they need from you.

Manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. Very judgemental also. Was looking for a costume but instead recieved judgement for being my age and simply walking into the store. Its better to just go to the store in southlands, theres more options at southlands anyways

I was running late to pick up balloons for my sons Birthday party. I called ahead and AUSTIN couldn’t have been nicer. He stayed five minutes after the store was closed. I was able to buy everything I wanted for my party. They have everything and even the stuff I did not realized I needed. The balloons were great, they stayed up for many days! They need more staff to help find products.

I went in to find a balloon to use in our reveal for the cruise we're taking our girls on. Not only was the staff helpful in finding the perfect balloon, they were friendly about it. Even the person not helping made conversation about it after helping his customer. On top of that, I couldn't picture a better balloon for the occasion.

Six times. Six times I've gotten a dozen or more balloons from here. And I've never, ever had one pop (well, that wasn't under the direct influence of a toddler at the time). Most of our balloons have lasted for days or more. Never just randomly explode. Well never until today that is. Today while the younger girl working was filling our balloons they were popping already. She popped at least three while we were in the store, two from our order. I should have worried then, but I took the balloons anyway- I didn't have time to screw around and wait for another order, and I figured "well they must know what they're doing, they wouldn't just send me out with bad balloons..." Five previous times and no unexplained popping. I put the balloons in back of our SUV like always. I sat down and buckled my seatbelt. *BANG* another one popped right behind my toddlers. Any other time I would have gone back in, but with both kids in tow and everyone buckled into their car seats I was prepared to just write it off. So I drove away, one balloon poorer. Five minutes later on Parker road- *BANG*. No reason. All balloons still in the normal spot out of reach of anyone, just hanging in the back. Two down. I called Party America when I got home. Said, hey just wanted to let you know that some of my balloons popped before I was even out of the parking lot. The response? "Well, balloons are temperamental things you know." So I explained, half a dozen purchases, this the first time, the girl filling them popping them as she did. (I left out that you were standing right there and seemed kind of frustrated she kept exploding balloons...) I did say, it seemed to me like maybe she was overfilling them. "Well, if you want to come back you can get two more balloons." I told her I was in Franktown and was just letting her know- (like HELLO YOUR EMPLOYEE IS MESSING UP THE ONE THING YOU ACTUALLY DO.) trying to be as gracious as possible. I mean, come on, if I wasn't going to come back in when one popped in the parking spot, I'm not going to interrupt nap and drag my toddlers all the way back for two balloons. All in all it's just really disappointing. They obviously didn't give a rat's backside about it. So I've only got 10 balloons to bring home instead of a dozen, it's obviously not their concern. Balloons are temperamental. She actually said at one point, "and well it's hot out." I've bought balloons in July and had no problems. And another one popped right after the call. I'll be glad to have six balloons for our birthday party at this point. I'm only giving them two stars instead of one because I have had a good experience five other times. This is the first bad experience, which would be FINE if they simply acted the least bit concerned. But apparently it's my problem, whatever the reason so many balloons are spontaneously popping, both in the store in the car and at home, it's not their problem. At the very least you could be sorry. You could say, "Hmm, I'll look into it." But no- nothing but the impression that I'm somehow at fault and that I'm clearly wasting their time by calling about balloons.

Awesome place. They have everything for a party except any cooking or baking utensils, which is absolutely fine. Definitely have more theme related products then party city

I've been buying my balloons here for 4 years and every year regret my decision. Even if you pay extra for the better helium they don't lasts long. Too many pre day purchases have led to the next day of the event having "soggy" half massed balloons. Very disappointing!

I only went in for liquid latex and fake blood, which was easily found. I did notice that there was not a lot of adult costumes, more for kids.
