This is the only place I purchase my bras from. After a horrible customer experience at that other bra place (you know the one), I was on the market for both better quality service and better quality bras. The first time I went in, I had help trying on different styles and getting the right size. I went back today to purchase two more and was helped by Gloria! She was amazing and brought out my size in not only the color I was looking at, but in an additional color that I was already planning on purchasing. She was great! I will continue to go here as long as they keep carrying my favorite bra!

My husband needed a few new suits and dress clothes for a business trip. We went in weeks ahead of our trip and bought over $5000 in clothing and had the suits tailored. The tailors butchered the suits so much that they couldn’t even be worn!! The seams on the back of the jackets were crooked, the sleeves were different lengths and so were the pant legs! Do NOT expect professional work from these tailors at Nordstrom’s, they are a joke!! We ended up having to buy clothes from another store and he didn’t have suits for his trip because we messed around with Nordstroms for too long. All of the suits and dress pants have to be returned because they look ridiculous.

I needed some help shopping for my niece, the sales girl asked some questions and then quickly showed me what was available in the store and helped me order a few things online and shipped to my door with no shipping fees! My niece was so happy with the swimwear and other goodies. Don't forget to stop by the Bistro for their yummy prime rib French dip...it's scrumptious!

Great experience while they were having a huge sale. Store was packed still recieved fast and quality service. Got a new hugo boss suit at a great price, necessary tailoring done for a 1/3 of the cost I've paid at other stores. In the shoe section, I got one pair in store, wanted another of the same shoe witch they ordered online. Computer was acting up but the clerk figured away a way around it quickly. Will return for future, suit, tie, shoe purchases.

"PLS. STAY AWAY FROM CHARLOTTE TILBURY FEMALES". I personally went and booked an appointment for my daughter for Saturday 04/27/209 for a make up session at Charlotte Tilbury . The appointment was made on Friday 04/26/2019. The females at this counter was little looking unusual as well, one female asked me first of all on Friday, "Didn't check with the other cosmetics places like "Bobby" first of all. Next the female took some long book and looked the appointments and told me ok, I will put you down for 11.00AM for Saturday. Then she gave some cards to check with my daughter what look my daughter wants to select. My daughter selected "THE UPTOWN GIRL" look and was coming with me on Arapahoe road on 04/27/2019, and we met with an accident and the attached pictures are shown here as evidence as well. One girl calls me from Charlotte Tilbury" at 11.15AM on Saturday without asking me even whether i was coming even, the first line of the conversation was " I called to say that we cannot take you because we are fully occupied with the Prom". I am not sure where this female learnt the ethics and the professional skills. Then when i called the Cosmetic division managers "Taylor" and the "Elizabeth" to explain the situation i am in as my daughter had the singing competition and now last minute who will take me. The first Lady who answered the call "Elizabeth" was telling me I will take care of my employee and i am sorry. I was not able to take a makeup done for my daughter finally and my daughter performed so badly at the singing competition today due to these unethical unprofessional women at the Charlotte Tilbury and the unprofessional Cosmetic managers. Accident pictures are attached for evidence to be aware for the public from this inhumane females. PLS RUN AWAY FROM CHARLOTTE TILBURY AT NORDSTROM AND STAY AWAY FROM THE MANAGERS AT THE COSMETIC DIVISION, ALL THEY WILL SAY IS I AM SORRY. i WILL TAKE CARE OF MY EMPLOYEE.

I went in shopping for a swimsuit. I was surprised at the lack of help I received. No one greeted me on the floor. No one asked if I needed help with a dressing room. No one acknowledged me as I came out of the dressing room to look for more sizes while I wore a swim cover up. Sales associates honestly tried to avoid looking at me as they were too busy doing other things. I ended up going elsewhere for my swimsuit (everything but water) and was helped to the extent that I almost bought three. I did, however, go back and buy the cover up. I also noticed when other people checked out they were asked who helped them and all three said no one.

I went in here to sole get my boots shined as I had an event the next day and that was the closest location where I could get them done. I wasn't very happy as I was told by a Salesman when I got up into the chair that there was another customer before me they had bought shoes there and they were next in line. I did not see anyone there and the person that was Manning the boot shine booth told me it was okay for me to get up and sit there and wait until he was done with his present client. I will not go back to this establishment I did not like the way I was treated by a Salesman and we'll definitely not buy anything from that Nordstrom's

I had bought a couple pairs of jeans from Nordstrom Rack and I almost always need to get them tailored because I have very short legs. The Rack didn't happen to have a tailor on staff that day and I was instructed to head across the way to the department store inside Park Meadows Mall. This is where I met the Tailor Sarah. She was very pleasant and incredibly knowledgeably about getting my jeans to fit and look nice. As I picked them up (before the promise date), I was able to try them on and all I can say is... I have never had a pair of jeans fit me so well. Thank you so much, Sarah!

I'm sure Italian shoes are well made, as they are all I wear, but D S W shoe store has them for less than 200.00 per pair. I think Nordstrom has a very high overhead so items cost more there.

I LOVE Nordstrom. I have been a loyal customer since high school. But the recent clothing buyers have been TERRIBLE. It’s not just in plus sizes, it’s across the board-everything is boring, baggy, and shapeless. Additionally, Nordstrom used to do plus sizes pretty well, and though they still do it better than most stores it’s been consistently going down hill. Whoever is purchasing for plus sizes, plus size does NOT mean we can only wear baggy, drab, shapeless clothing. The majority of the clothing in plus size, that isn’t a swimsuit or a brand like City Chic, has zero shape to it. I wanted to provide feedback more meaningful than just not buying from the store even if this isn’t really the right venue to do so.

This Nordstrom has always carried a large selection of salon shoes which fit my mothers narrow feet. Now they almost exclusively carry garbage quality (all black) shoes for odd shoe sizes, and suggest online purchasing instead. If we had wanted to purchase online we wouldn’t have driven 400 miles.

Love Nordstrom’s selection of products but am always put off by employees who hound me in the makeup, shoe, and purse areas. I’m not sure if they’re nervous about a young brown woman looking at expensive merchandise or if they’re desperate for commission. As a breast cancer survivor, I face many challenges. As surgery is not an option for reconstruction, I must rely on prosthesis. Nordstrom is one of the only choices I have locally to purchase products. Years ago after surgery, I felt such a relief in discovering their masectomy department. They were so helpful. Fast forward to today. What a horrible change. Rude (even mean) sales associates, refusal to provide service, and promise of order placed and no order ever placed when I call to pick up. Will never step into Nordstrom's again after these experiences. I was humiliated.

Today, me and my family tried to visit your store. (date March 2, 2019). We tried to find a parking space, for the first time it was far from the store, after walking a few meters, we saw another parking space, we decided to change it to be closer to the store, as we felt sick already due bad weather. My sister went to the car, and my mother and I stood in the parking space to save it. And then suddenly a car pulled up (with Washington’s license plate). The girl sitting in the car told us that we have to leave this parking place because she arrived there already. We calmly explained to her that we were first who found it. As a result, she began to yell and threaten us. At the same time she began to put pressure on the gas and start moving to my mom and me. Behind her were another car and my sister's car. Nothing bothered her. She weren’t care about it. She continued to yell and threaten us, grimacing and continuing moving on us! My sister saw that, came and explained her politely that we we’re wait for this parking place and we arrived to park there. She doesn't care again, she was yelling “I don’t care at all”, and making a view she is calling somewhere, yelling and showing her phone to us. As a result, my sister drove around on the other side of the road and parked at this place. Please note that it was very cold outside and my mother and I were sick for few days. Finally she understood that she will not get this spot she hit the gas with screams and drove to another parking space. This situation was observed by several people, including fireman, he helped us and found security, they called the police and we explained everything to officers. Coming out of the car she saw that the guards and police had arrived, she speed up and went to the store. At first we did not know that she was an employee of this store, but after we saw her working there we we’re disappointed, we lost interest in visiting your store anymore. Despite the fact that we are regular customers! We felt uncomfortable after seeing her in the store, she twisted her face and quickly ran away after seeing me! To say that it is simply unpleasant for me - to say nothing! How can you hire such people to work at your store?! When they threaten you and going to push on gas! Arriving home, my mother became more sick! Who going to take care of it and compensates? I understand that many people came to our state in search of a better life, but with such an attitude towards people and to work is just some kind of sadness. I do not recommend this store! It’s seems like no one care who works! Don’t known who they hire at all! I’m highly disappointed about this situation at all! My family says thanks to Park Meadows security and Lone Tree Police department, and of course this fireman who didn’t ignore what he saw and helped us. Thank you guys you’re protecting people, giving them attention, patience and understanding!

I bought my wedding dress at Nordstrom Park Meadows but the bridal suite closed after my purchase. I wasn't able to attend my last fitting because my fiance (now husband) was diagnosed with advanced colon cancer two months before the wedding, and I live in Boston (even though I'm from Colorado and was having the wedding in Colorado). The Park Meadows managers agreed to ship my wedding dress overnight to a Nordstrom in Natick near Boston so I could have my final fitting, but they messed up the shipping and did ground versus overnight shipping. I spent many hours on the phone with UPS and 1-800 Nordstrom representatives who said the box was marked wrong and the solution was to have the store recall the package and have it reshipped as overnight air. I left many emails and messages with the store and received zero follow-up. The dress did not arrive for another seven days -- when it should have come in one day --making for a tight timeline to get alterations done (I had to schedule the alteration appointment around my fiance's colon removal surgery and chemo treatments). When the dress did arrive to the Natick store, I got to the store for a scheduled fitting only to find out that the dress had been lost. After an hour and a meltdown from me, they were able to recover it from a shipping container, but it was poorly packaged. Not to risk losing the dress again, I flew back with the dress and brought the dress to Nordstrom Park Meadows to be pressed. They said that the dress would be un-bustled so that I could have it ready for the wedding. Come day of the wedding I pull the dress out of the cover bag to put it on, and the dress is fully bustled (everyone knows that you do not wear a bustled wedding gown until the reception at the end of the night). My mother had to quickly undo the complex bustle while my photographer and videographer waited. Unfortunately, she missed un-bustling a section unbeknownst to me and the dress ended up with extra volume where it shouldn't have been and you can see it in all my pictures. This should not have been an issue at all if the dress was properly un-bustled as promised. All in all, I had a terrible experience. Being a bride is stressful in and of itself. Being a bride and having to track down your wedding dress while dealing with the emotional roller coaster of discovering that your fiance has cancer, is next level stress.

I love the store at Park Meadows and there men's clothing selection is first rate. However, it appears Nordstrom increased prices over beyond my comfort level. IF, I wanted Sak's 5th Avenue, I'd just travel to Cherry Creek Mall and give them my 401K savings retirement plan.
