JiAmbrii in the MAC department is the most unprofessional sales person I have ever met and I am disappointed in Nordstrom for hiring someone like her. I purchased 1 item from her and was given attitude for not purchasing more. This is a store with slower traffic than other Nordstrom’s and was on a Tuesday, so I’m really confused because she should be happy that anyone purchased something with her. I regret that she even got a cent of commission from this item. She should be working at Ulta or Sally’s where her attitude might be tolerated. Nordstrom has better standards than this employee. The reason for 2 stars is because the girl that helped me before her was really friendly. Maybe she should re-train her coworker, JiAmbrii.

Terrible service! I was here at 10:30 am on a Monday. I was the only customer in the men’s department. There were two clerks. Neither greeted me. That’s okay though. One clearly had more important things to do on his phone. The other may have just wanted to respect my privacy. I remembered that I needed some new undershirts, so I grabbed a pack and walked to the register. Stood there. Nothing. Made eye contact with a clerk. Nothing. A woman walks in looking for a shirt for her husband. *Both* clerks assist her. I remain standing quietly at the register. She picks out a shirt. Phone clerk walks away. Other clerk walks her to the register *where he has watched me stand for quite some time* and gives me a “I’ll be right with you.” He then rings up the woman’s shirt while I continue to wait. Ridiculous. Needless to say, I will be buying my undershirts elsewhere. I am an attorney, and I have have spent thousands of dollars on suits here over the years. Never again.

Went in to get some jeans hemmed I let them know I need them by Wednesday (5/15/19) the latest. My receipt promised they would be ready by Wednesday 10am, they didn’t get the jeans ready until Thursday morning. I asked for a refund on the rush since I don’t need them at this point and said they couldn’t give a refund. Terrible service set appropriate expectations especially if there is a fee involved

The active wear department at this store is great! I am always looking for new active wear that doesn't look "sloppy." The department manager (I think she is new, her name is Colleen), is so helpful. I have come in before and told her that I don't feel like looking or spending a ton of money but I need this or that. She is great about bringing things to me and helping to make sure that I walk away a very satisfied customer!

Very disappointed and will never go back to Nordstrom! I shopped here with my children, looking for an upscale experience but we all ended up embarrassed and upset. For the price of the shoes I bought, I expected quality service, not a shoe salesman who was poorly dressed, covered with tattoos the full length of both arms, and appearing more immersed in his own political soapbox than in providing service - wouldn't even help me with fitting the shoes, just dropped the boxes on the floor. Next, we tried to look at jewelry but my little girl was frightened off by a large man with wild hair, dressed in women's clothing behind the counter. Sorry, but this is frightening and confusing to young children! I was looking for a pleasant, upscale shopping experience, NOT being forced to give a lesson on Gender Dysphoria to my young children! Apparently, Nordstrom is more interested in political activism than in servicing their customers! Goodbye!

Went in to buy a stroller. Received terrible service. Employee had no clue what she did or didn’t have in stock. What was included or what wasn’t included with the stroller. Spent an hour in there for nothing. I let then know I needed a stroller right now and wasted my time showing me products I had to order online. I could have done that from home. Asked if I could buy the one on display and said it was the managers decision. Asked her, and she said no. This is the service you get when you go and try and spend $1000 at Nordstrom’s.

Ordered online received an email confirmation that the order was ready to pick up at 3:20 p.m., received a text with instructions how to do curbside service. I then did not check my email again since it is already said the order was ready. Arrived follow the instructions for curbside pickup and waited and then tried the phone number when nobody brought it out and there was no answer. Went into the store was able to go to pick up the order only to find out that at 3:48 p.m. there was an email stating one of the items wasn't available so they cancelled it. Major fail

Customer serivce here is awesome! I bought my wife a purse for mothers day.(not a cheap one). Within the first 20 days we noticed some fraying starting to happen. And it was leaving its color on my wife's shirt. We came in on july 4th and they were more then happy to return the purse and offered to get my wife's shirt dry cleaned. I wish I could remember the names of the two lady's that helped us but cant. But I just wanted to say thanks!!

My loyalty to Nordstrom is toast after today. I spent $1200 on clothes today, and none went to Nordstrom. You guys set up your sale for the 12th four days early and roped half the store off with yellow tape? Are you kidding me? Three employees in the women's shoes section sized me up, apparently didn't like my looks, and sent the new guy my way. His opening question was stupid. I'm staring down the salespeople waiting for help and he asks me if I'm doing OK? I tell him I usually buy a pair of Magnannis twice a year, but I'll buy what he has in stock in my size. He starts to head in the back and I suggest he size me first. At some point I inquire about whether the stock is available on the other side of the yellow fence. He doesn't know. Are you kidding me? You didn't bother to tell your employees what's up with the yellow tape. Is your GM on vacation or an idiot? Because clearly whoever came up with the poor excuse for retail merchandising is either not there or not all there. Maybe it's a drug problem. My poor guy asks an obviously seasoned employee who's lounging on the other side of the yellow tape whether the merchandise there is available to sell. He explains, kid you not, "We can sell the stuff on the inside of the tape, we just can't sell it on the inside of the tape, I don't know why management set up the sale so early." Nordstrom FlatIron Crossing management is clearly on drugs, or stupid, or on vacation, or two or three of those combined. I'm out of here. Went to Men's Wearhouse, Sketchers, and Dillards, and spent my money there - where previously you'd have gotten all of it. The team member at Sketchers had ten times the capability of your team members. I was not the only customer to walk out in disgust. Shame on you for lack of diligence in representing the Nordstrom brand. John Nordstrom and Carl Wallin are rolling over in their graves.

I used to love this store but it has definitely gone down hill. I've gone in several times over the past 6 months and have gotten no service at all. I've carried around piles of clothes and had to interrupt two employees from chatting away, just so I could get a dressing room. I've stood at the David Yurman counter waiting for service while the employees talked to each other about their weekend plans. The only area I get acknowledged in is the shoe department. Every other department is terrible. Very disappointing. I have definitely chosen to shop at other retailers because of this.

Ben from men’s shoes gave me some of the worst service that I have ever gotten from Nordstrom. In fact I would have to say that he is the reason why I didn’t purchase a pair of shoes and other clothing. Honestly I love Nordstrom and have sworn by every associate I have met but Ben walked over, asked if he could do anything, I asked him about a $180 dollar pair of shoes and didn’t help me from there just said they didn’t have them only to go hangout with his friend back at the women’s shoes area. Honestly shocked that Nordstrom would allow an individual with such lack of service to be paid.

I made a return to this store only to discover that the refund never posted to my credit card. After being told to wait for weeks, and that I was wrong, someone in customer service finally discovered that the clerk had refunded my money to another person's credit card instead of mine. Even after they discovered the error, no apology was forthcoming, and the company blamed it on "confusion" at the checkout counter. The money was eventually returned, but the experience left me concerned about shopping at this store again. They did not treat the refund of several hundred dollars to the wrong person as a serious matter. Be careful, especially if you aren't in the habit of scrutinizing your credit card bills for errors.

I'm a huge fan of Nordstrom, and have shopped the Flatirons Crossing store since it first opened in 2000. I've witnessed a sad decline at this location over the past few years. With the departure of a few long time associates, the men's department has suffered the greatest. The attention to service is nowhere near the high standard I've experienced in the Park Meadows or Cherry Creek stores. Some of the premium brands such as Canali and Santoni are no longer in stock here so it's necessary to shop online or look to one of the other two Nordstrom stores for local inventory. Getting any help in The Rail is very hit or miss, it's pretty much a free-for-all when there are questions or when needing access to fitting rooms. I actually had difficulty returning a pair of jeans there when one of the associates couldn't find the transaction on my Nordstrom card, but I did manage to return them another day with a different associate who processed the return with no problem. Flatirons Crossing Mall has been experiencing something of a nuclear winter since 2009, due in large part to the poor economy of that time, and shifting soils forcing the closure and much inconvenience for customers and outdoor mall tenants. A number of businesses decided not to renew leases, and many plans for expansion or improvements have been postponed or cancelled altogether. One would have to wonder how long management can keep this watered down Nordstrom operating in this fashion.

I can not say enough good things about Kim in the shoe department. I went in to browse the shoe selection and was greeted right away by Kim. I was having a super terrible day and she made me it so much better. I was with my nieces and nephew and she took time to start a conversation with them. Honestly if it wasn't for her amazing customer service I wouldn't have walked out of there with a brand new pair of Sorel winter boots. Thanks Kim for turning my bad day around.

Very helpful sales associates in the shoe department. We went through every white sneaker in the shoe department to find the right one. This Nordstrom is clean and well organized, with passionate and friendly people. The only downside is the selection seems limited compared to other Nordstrom stores, but, you can usually find something nice once a season or when your in a pinch.
