I bought a luxury handbag, and Nordstrom sent a used handbag, the hardware are scratched very badly. When I tried to exchange a good one, the manager told me because I got the bag on discount, so the small flawless is ok, and all the same color bags are display, so they are not perfect as well. I don't understand when Nordstrom start sell used luxury handbag?!! Even though I got the bag on a price match, it means I should keep a thousand dollar used handbag? What is the whole meaning of price match? This manager also told me they are not allow to price match Saint Laurent handbag, so even the exchange is a favor that he willing to give. I heard Nordstrom has the best customer service, and I really don't agree. The customer service is actually depends on different stores, Nordstrom are really hit and miss! Will not go to this store purchase anything!!! Highly don't recommend this Nordstrom!

This a bit larger than normal Nordstrom, and it has a great selection of it's normal goods, with a bit more luxury goods than most other Nordstroms. Last time I went, I was in the shoe section, and they had a wide selection of shoes from all price ranges. This is where I normally buy shoes, as I'd have to go to many stores to view the selection available here.

I cant believe how the manager treated me as if i stole the item i was returning then i had left and talked on the phone with the stire manager who said she would call me back the following next day well i waited and waited then i ended up going back to the store and was treated some what fairly although i ended up taking a 400.00 dollar loss yup never got my daughter her backpack she needed for her trip all i wanted to do was exchange it or get in store credit oh and did i mention i even went as far as to have an on line chat on their website and i had to print off the coversation i had very unprofessional periond that the manager took pictures of....i was so upset at the way both Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack had treated me to the point i was in tears...and never got my money back or my exchange

My favorite of the Nordstrom department stores in the Denver/Boulder area. I like them all. Bridget, Emilee, and Theresa in the Beauty department are the best! Sarah, Adele, and associates in Fragrance are wonderful (Bond No. 9 and Jo Malone are superb lines)! The Children's Shoe department is our "go-to" for school shoes. The service is excellent. Fabulous selection of quality goods throughout!

I called prior to see if they had the shoes I needed and spoke with Lamont. He was so nice and helpful. I asked him to put them on hold and I thought I was able to pick them up the next day but unfortunately wasn't. I called Lamont and he was great, placed them on hold for another day and when I came in had them bagged and ready to go. Truly spectacular. Only thing is you have to park in the container store to get inside the store.

I love this Nordstrom, I ended up signing up for a credit card because I always come here. Some of the clothes are luxury brands and really expensive (think $1000+ for a shirt) but some brands like BP and Madewell are reasonably priced! The staff are always really friendly and if you go online you can set up personal shopping sessions! You pick styles you like and prices, somebody picks out outfits for you and then you walk into a dressing room with everything already picked out for you!

The old lady at the customer service booth on the main floor was completely rude! I purchased discounted shoes online that arrived in rough condition. I took them back a few days after getting them and she was accusing me of wearing them. Nope sorry. They were sent to me like this. She even called up a lady from the shoe department who confirmed the sticker was clean so it clearly wasn’t worn by me. This lady shouldn’t be working at nordstrom or any customer service job.

I love this place! The employees are all very helpful - they have always been great at helping me find exactly what I am looking for and even if they are out of my size or preferred color, they will order it for me and get it to me right away - at no extra charge. The store manager, Dan, is also great. He is extremely nice and helpful and does not come across as pretentious or intimidating like some store managers do. I recommend this store 100%!

Parking hasn't gotten any better at Cherry Creek Mall. It's a Friday early afternoon, not even close to a holiday, and I circled for 10 minutes even though the availability sign assured me there were more than 140 spots on every level. Thankfully I was in and out of Nordstrom quickly and didn't have to pay the parking lot ransom. All the staff were helpful and seemed genuinely interested. Picking up an online order was quick and easy. The only negative is the pickup area strongly resembles a construction zone or basement stock room. Also It needs a much larger sign announcing that it is indeed the online pickup center.

The selection is a little small just because Cherry Creek is a smaller mall. For me it's more convenient than driving down to Park Meadows. Definitely my go-to Nordstrom location.

One of my least favorite things is when I run out of all my make-up at once; I'm not a huge shopper, and I am not a fan of malls. Alas, I chose to visit Nordstrom to get my new face. At the NARS counter, I met Brianna and she quickly alleviated my "mall anxiety", and was warm an engaging through the process of picking out new make-up. She is clearly passionate about the brand she represents, and she is very knowledgeable. Brianna was friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely go back to see her the next time I need a new look.

Ask for Allie in the shoe section. Allie has helped me find shoes twice. I went in to purchase warm winter boots. She expressed markedly more interest in one of the two boots I inquired about. I asked her why that one, and not the other. Allie explained that she purchased the super fluffy, thick suade boots three years ago, but she's struggled to find opportunities to wear them. She g'night it would be helpful while hiking in snow, but that the less thick boots could also be worn to the grocery store. She thought the other pair would be more versatile. Helpful feedback. You will only get decent service at Nordstrom's if you look like the kind of person who is willing to drop $1,000. So dress up, shower, shave, put on your Sunday best and you'll be fine. I tend to NOT dress up when I go shopping and I can easily spend $1,000 on merchandise if I want to but since the staff ignore me, I am happy to be take my business elsewhere. Oh, and I forgot to mention, if you're Caucasian, it helps A LOT. Sorry, but that's my experience and I have been to several of their locations with friends who will drop $500 on a cashmere jacket or leather bag. If you establish a relationship with a salesperson who is willing to spend the time with you, whether you're looking to just browse or drop a ton of $$, then Nordstrom's is for you. "Getting in the door" is the hard part. Too bad,because they carry terrific brands and quality products.
