I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star if I didn’t have to. This is “supposed” to be a respected high end clothing shop and one of the workers named Ariella completely and utterly disrespected both my mother and I who shop here quite regularly. The other staff even tried to talk to me about my mom not realizing I was her daughter, saying things like “oh my god” and “dramatic” The workers here completely lack respect and compassion for the people who are shopping there. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Unless you enjoy being insulted. Ariella and Donna should be fired. It was an extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and unpleasant experience for my family and I. -20 stars, bad job Promenade

Less than zero customer service. I went in last Friday evening and the store was empty. I was not greeted for more than 5 minutes as the two associates present were in the middle of a loud, unprofessional discussion. Once they finally approached me, I explained that I am 'shopping impaired' and needed some help. The associate carried a couple of items into the dressing room and was not seen again. I continued to collect items, found my way to the dressing room without acknowledgement, and then had to come out of the dressing room to request that they find other sizes for me. I used to love shopping at Loft based on the personal service. I will not return.

The other night I was thoroughly blessed by two AMAZING employees! Jessica and Shannon were so very kind and helpful as I was shopping with my daughter. We were finding clothes for a couple of important events my daughter has at college and these gals helped us so much! I felt thankful as we pulled away! We have just what we need! Thanks to both of these gals for helping us out!

I have been going to this Loft for 8 years. Shopping there now is not nearly the same experience it once was. Customer service has changed so much so that I will no longer be shopping at Loft, though I generally like their clothing for my work wardrobe. The employees do not seem well trained and are not attentive. When I went in on January 4th, they stood behind the counter chatting the entire time I was in the store and then were confused about discounts. They made me feel like an annoyance, even though teachers always have gotten discounts with Loft and it was my birthday month (for which I received no coupon in the mail, as is standard.) I will be taking my money elsewhere, no doubt!

No acknowledgement when I entered the store. All the stAff congregated behind the check out area. / Stock was a wreck. Jammed on the racks. No size organization. Disappointed

The guy who works there is extremely helpful and nice, helped me order my size online twice! However when one pair fit poorly and I went back to exchange the girl working was less than helpful and didn’t seem to care if I liked my pants or not. Disappointed for sure

The sales associate 421942 did an excellent job letting us know of additional offers to save extra money as well as getting a Loft Cares card. We went into the store expecting 40% off and ended up leaving with 65% off!
