The Burlington coat factory was closed in Denver west due to hail so I drove out of my way to Westminster to find my kid a coat for school (which is in a week). After battling construction I made it in the parking lot. Inside there was 6 coats in size 5 with half of them being the exact same coat and none where heavy duty winter coats! This is Colorado! Hello! Very disappointed and will never go road burlington COAT factory again!

Great deals but the place was a mess. I know it's hard to keep things in their place when crowds are coming through searching for a bargain, but the disarray made the place feel unclean and I just wanted to get out. I did get a great deal on a suitcase set which is what I came for, so no complaints here. But I definitely would have stayed to shop more had the place been a little more presentable.

DO NOT buy any clothes from Burlington!! Their quality sucks big time and they know it. Burlington's clothes start falling apart before you even have a chance to wash them, then if you try to return these items that are falling apart, they will not take them back. The managers at this location in Westminster, Colorado are extremely RUDE!! I have purchased clothes from Dress Lily and Zulily that have much better quality.

I recently moved to Denver. I shopped religiously @ Burlington in Las Vegas.. Which is why I was SHOCKED to see such a messy, sucky selection in shoes. I mean no sizes,displayes where empty,mixed matched, and styles you would so in an old folkes home.. The customer service was also rude and plainly unhappy.. So this store gets 10 thumbs down...

Unfortunately, as soon as I entered the store I was watched and followed. They literally kept one lane open so all the other tellers would mix in the aisles to watch my cousin and I. When we were done shopping everyone returned to the registers and some even stood in line with us! We were late shopping for our outfits for a concert so we had to purchase our clothes from there. I will never again set foot in that store. Despicable and disgusting, I have honestly never experienced that ignorance in any other Burlington store but this one.

they recently remodeled the floor layout and the dressing rooms - much more spacious. They sell brand names of cribs, portable cribs, strollers, car seats for cheaper than some online stores. Also have nice selection of luggages - better and cheaper than other places. But the majority of the store is women clothing, though they have baby, kids, juniors and men sections too. Also kitchen, bath, bedroom stuff. Similar to Marshalls or TJ Maxx but quality is not as good and the prices are cheaper.

Coat factory?? Definitely not. It's basically a cheap department store with a very small selection of ugly coats. I imagine a coat factory having more than 25 small sized coats to choose from.

Huge store that is kept relatively neat and orderly. Staff is helpful and friendly. Return of wrong size item was efficient and smooth. Great place to shop for anything!

There one one package of boxers that were my correct size but the package had been opened and a pair missing. I went to pay and asked if it could be discounted accordingly since it was missing 1 of 3 pairs. The Asian/philippine women was extremely nasty and snidely responded the most she could do was give me a 15% discount, which doesn't actually make whole for what was missing. I politely responded that would be fine I just didn't want to pay full price for 2/3 of the item. She then never made eye contact and rudely checked me out. This was their whole hearty manager from what understood which is a good show of character for this wonderful retail store.

Went there today for the third time to buy baby stuff but today's visit was exceptional because of the service provided by Marcus. He finally convinced us to buy the baby trend Expedition stroller travel system that I had been wanting since last few weeks. He never got angry or out of patients from our questions. He even assembled another cheaper stroller out of the box. He provided us details and also shared story when he was buying strollers for his kids(that was really nice of him to share). Every visit I bought different baby stuff .Our 1st visit was horrible when I bought a pack and play because the reps that day were just not helpful at all. The other visit was OK when we bought a baby swing/rocker. This 3rd visit just made me love this store location because of service provided by Marcus. He is AWESOME!!! We love our purchase

I hated it! A very messy store. "Clearance" yeah. It's a big lie, things are out of place. Don't trust the clearance section, it's all a big lie. Went to go buy a coat that was in the clearance section and the cashier said its not clearanced. In his words, he said this, "It might in the clearance section but that doesn't mean it's clearenced, we don't put the clearenced clothes in the clearenced section, sometimes gets lazy and just put the clothes anywhere." This is not good, this is in my top lists to worst stores I've ever been. Terrible place! DONT EVER GO HERE OR YOULL REGRET. This place gave me shingles.

Clearance section filled with items that aren't apparently clearance. I was told "non-clearance items and clearance items get mixed up to the point that the racks are not accurate." I don't mind a hunt, but I don't have hours to dig through horribly unorganized racks.

Beware of all the crazy hair products they have there. I bought a shampoo and conditioner that said it was London and it gave me such bad hives and a rash that I almost had to go to the hospital. When I brought it back, the manager wouldn’t damage it out or do an exchange for a different product. They didn’t even care it happened. I stopped buying beauty products there.
