First time at Banana Republic and all I see was Overpriced clothes that are cheaply made with cheap material...but we already knew that since it's a step up from Old Navy...Any how...At this particular store the workers were Pretentious stuck up straight up snobs! I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty woman except I had better clothes on! They treated me as if I wasn't there, especially compared to the service the other skinny white women were getting. Hell they rolled out the red carpet and fawned over them the entire time! It was a horrible degrading knock to your confidence type of experience that I would wish on nobody! I will never spend a dime at this business ever again nor ever go back to this particular store in the Promenade shops in Briargate! To the the workers that work there please note that KARMA is REAL!

It's a very clean and tidy store. Most clothing here is made to fit very slim body types. The staff greets guests but they don't always mention current sales...this visit I had to ask. The staff will suggest and help pull additional items for you, if you ask and/or need help with an entire outfit. The clothing is a nice mix of trendy and classic items...great office attire!

I love this store. I tend to show up on Wednesday nights which aren't as busy compared to other times of the week. The staff is very attentive. They always help me find what I'm looking for and bring me multiple sizes in the dressing room if needed. If they don't have what I am looking for, they check online and with other stores. I often have rewards to use at checkout and, even with the rewards, the staff always gets me checked out quickly.

Like Gap (same parent company), the outlets have moved away from past season retail offerings and are not primarily comprised of items produced specifically for the outlets. This is evidenced by the little diamond icons on the tags. The quality is just okay. You would do well to shop the sales at the Banana Republic retail stores.

The store staff and manager suspect their customers for stealing without any proof. They need to upgrade their security cameras to get a better image of the thief so that they dont just pick any customer randomly as the suspect, or go see eye doctors to treat their eyes problems. This store deserves a "0" or negative rating for the humiliation they put on an innocent customer on Christmas Eve!

One of my favorite stores! I shop at The Avenue/220 City Cir, Peachtree City, GA 30269 ALL THE TIME and received horrible customer service while shopping in the store on Friday 12/29 around 8:30 pm. I was totally ignored while shopping, no assistance at all. Very disappointing. Hire more enthusiastic sales staff pleeeeeeeeeeease. Tis the season to be MERRY!

Super friendly workers here! Once they figured out my name, they'd come over and call me by name. I was impressed that they wanted to help and acted like they liked working here. I tried on a bunch of clothes but nothing fit. I will be back though. They left me with a great impression that they are trained well to help others.

Went here on a Wednesday night to avoid the weekend crowds. There were only a few shoppers in the store and plenty of help. No one approached us and offered to help which I'm actually okay with... when I approached an employee she was more than happy to assist us. We found what we were looking for and overall it was a positive experience in regards to our purchase. I am only giving three stars because the fitting rooms were filthy. I don't believe the carpets have been vacuumed for at least a year. There was dust piled up around the edges like snow drifts and debris all over the fitting room floors. This kind of thing drives me crazy. How hard is it to use a vacuum . If I worked for Banana Republic corporate offices and walked into this location and saw the dressing rooms this dirty I would flip my lid.

Lauren, Christine and their supervisor were very helpful this past weekend when I went in to look for a blazer. Not only did they find every size in different styles for me to try on, they even found an outfit that matched the blazer. They also grabbed a few things off the sales rack for me to try on. And when it didn't fit, they offered to look for it at the other stores and have it ship to my house. Not only did I get a really good deal I got the blazer I wanted. :) I love their service here! And super friendly staff. The clothes and the price is what I would expect from Banana Republic.

I have been shopping at Banana Republic for at least 20 years... I have also shopped with Banana Factory the same amount of time. I shop there, because it was the only store that was conservative, and suiting for men that are NOT adolescents. If I want holes in my jeans, that cut off my circulation- I'd go to Express or American Eagle. I am a 41 straight Male. I do not desire to look like Justin Bieber. As a long time Banana Republic customer, the quality had completely declined through the years. I have a belt from 2003; it was great quality! I have gained weight as I aged, and needed to purchase a new belt. It is just cheaply made, in contrast. If anyone seriously reads these reviews from GAP INC, you are ignoring your older customers. Millenials are not your only customers. I assume that the company is not doing well with classic fit shirts, or regular NORMAL fit- not Justin Bieber jeans. If guys 30 plus in age are dressing like teenagers? They must live with their parents. GAP INC, you are going to lose phasing out regular GUY CLOTHES.

WORST EXPERIENCE. WENT TO RETURN 2 GIFTS AND WAS TOLD THAT I WAS ON THE "DENIED LIST"...I DIDNT HAVE THE RECEIPT. I NEEDED TO RETURN 2 BLAZERS. JUST WANTED TO EXCHANGE OR GET CREDIT FOR IT. AND THEY COULDNT EVEN HELP ME OUT...HORRIBLEEEE SERVICE! They dont even deserve 1 star!!!!!!! Nashua location is useless!
