I love shopping at Urban Outfitters for interesting gifts and apartment items. I think that they have some really great clothes and shoes but I sometimes get overwhelmed by the selection. The home accessories department is definitely one of my favorites. They have similar items to Anthropologie but at a fraction of the cost. Check out their sale section downstairs for great finds!

Should have had clear signs to tell customers that the in-store pickup stations are on aa DIFFEREN floor than the regular registers. 1. Paid $400 bucks for a dresser off their website that looked like a $59 pressboard dresser from Walmart. 2. Took 6 weeks for it to arrive. Not their fault - their deliverer is a sub- contractor. It is their fault they continue to work with sub-contractors that are so backlogged. It didn’t take me 6 weeks to pay for the dresser? 3. Dresser arrives- classic bait and switch . The dresser shown online is not what is delivered. Legs are Wobbly, drawers didn’t shut, random holes screwed in it, and grossly discolored. 4 . Lesson learned; Urban outfitters is that classic overly hyped brand that benefits the investment firms today - the brand is probably about to floo. hyper- stylized online presence- beneath the fakeness is no real company—- or quality brand—— just layers upon layers of sub-contractors! 5.Everyone is a contractor from the customer service reps , the people who assmeble the cheapo furniture, to the people who deliver the cheap furniture 6.-UO represents everything that has happened to america since the rise of corporations. 7. When you call customer service you never speak to an actual UO employees all are cheap out-sourced, sub contracted labor, who have no power when you call them. They Just shrug their shoulders and tell you it will take another 4 weeks for them to come get the dresser and only then can they process your refund? 8. You will regret buying furniture from them. Never again.

used to shop at Urban Outfitter shops (mainly NY and online), however one particular experience at this store changed it completely and I will not shop at UO ever again. This store has zero customer service. I was in SF for a holiday last week and was right in front of the shop when one of my shopping bags fell apart. Unfortunately it was food with liquid inside. So I rushed in to a familiar store (UO) in a hope to get a bag to safe my husband who was holding the food that kept dripping onto his hands and on the street. I quickly went straight to the counter and asked for a bag, gave him the 10c, and the guy asked me if I bought anything at the store. I said "no" because I had not purchased anything, although I was going to before the incident happened. He simply pulled the bag back from my hand and said no bag if you have not purchased anything. I quickly explained the situation but he did not care. Seriously???!! I'm not sure if this is a company store or not, but a bit of compassion goes a long way for me. And in this case, the other way around. Goodbye UO forever!

Terrible experience in this town with this store! They make you pay for a bag if you buy something. Which I decide not to buy one, because I only brought some small items. Also ask for a email receipt instead of a paper one because I like to save the trees :) When I get to the door to leave the store. Of course something rings the alarm, and then I have to produce and have to prove I brought these items with email receipt. Made me feel like I was stealing a pair of socks. Lol you better get a better system urban outfitters SF.

Uber hipster flagship store selling everything from custom Converse All-Stars, vintage and designer T-shirts, books, home decor, vinyl, candles, music and clothing. Staff is typically bearded, bright haired, tattooed, eccentric and fairly moody. Prices in the past decade have skyrocketed, so expect to pay $30+ for a t-shirt here. Store plays cool music, and has a lively atmosphere.

I am giving this place 3 stars only because i love the clothing here. Its to die for. I would totally give the place 5 stars but i would rather die then deal with the people who work ior should say dont work at this store. They have amazing treasures when you find them on sale. You literally have to search and dig through what looks like a fashion war zone. I mean they employees are either too busy standing around contemplating their life woes, pretending to be Inspector Gadget, trying on clothes, or talking about the customers that pay their salaries. There are 2 girls who work there that are amaze balls, one is a Latina dresses pretty funky is a bit on the serious side , and the other is African American and is totally talkative and helpful. Sorry Ladies I didnt get your name but you Ladies ROCK. The other employees well they do not rock at all. This place is so BITTER SWEET that i have to give it a 3 because the clothes are awesome and those 2 girls make shopping there bearable.

Many stories worth of Urban Outfitters but overall probably the same or less inventory (it seems) as one that is in a more suburban location where there is more space. I often gander through Urban outfitters clothing and knick-knacks and often find something to like and buy. This location inside of Lenox Mall around the food court is a nice one. It's always nicely organized and clean with lots of fitting rooms. The sale section for both men and women is relatively large which is nice for that other thing you wanted. Of all the ones in and around Atlanta though, this one has the better displays with creative ways to combine the various clothing items.

Urban Outfitters has always been a special store and this one is no different even with the addition of large quantities of tourists and hipsters. You can find interesting books and toys, cameras, and sunglasses on the first floor with the women's stuff located above and the the men's floor below. This is one large store. On the bottom level with the men's clothing you'll find household decorative items that are pretty cool and often sell for a good price. Make sure to spend some time in the discounted sections. You'll often find STEALS when it comes to great clothes at good prices. No one said anything about quality though, but you get what you pay for. Oh and don't count on anyone to help you out unless they're ringing you up upstairs or giving you a changing room. Customer service here is non-existent.

Trendy place loved by millenials. I was wondering why I see so many like-minded youths wearing Fjallraven Kanken backpacks in San Francisco when it is a product once upon a time only available in Sweden. Albeit it is an environmentally responsible Swedish company deserving our support, I began to wonder if Sweden has become the new trendy place for American youths to flock... until I found such backpack sold here! More trendy items popular with todays youths is the FCUK clothing line which you find here. This is a great store to buy gifts for teenagers: though items are expensive, they are trendy and your young adults will find you cool for buying such trendy gifts :))))

This is one of the best UO that I have ever been to in terms of selection. One thing that this location lacks is good customer service. However, it is a very large store, and employees are very friendly if you ask for assistance. It's also a great visionary experience to explore.

3 floors of items near the cable car turnaround. sale items on the basement floor. they usually put up posters to let you know if there are any deals going on. the staff are helpful, but it feels understaffed sometimes. there is an elevator to connect the 3 floors.
