What looked to be the manager who was wearing black pants and a floral black and white shirt followed me out of the store completely and to my vehicle and stood at my vehicle while I retrieved my purse. After she realized she was following me for absolutely no reason she scurried back into the store. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in my entire life. To think it’s 2019 and people of a different skin tone are getting followed out of the store without any bags or anything to even take with me. My feelings were sincerely hurt by the profiling that went on while in this store. Please review your loss prevention procedures and treat everyone accordingly/the same. Whether it’s reviewing cctv or hiring secret floor walkers but to be bluntly followed out the store for NO REASON with no merchandise in hand was ridiculous! It’s 2019 STOP! I will never return to this store!!! After leaving the store spending money with them I walked out feeling like scum for actually spending my money with people who’d follow me completely to my car when I gave them no indication of possible theft. Please retrain employees on the importance of customer service not once did she say hi to me or welcome me to tjmaxx she instead followed me around to the extent of following me to my vehicle. So weird and not ok!

Today I walked in and was completely ignored. A young man was vacuuming the front rug. This should’ve already been done before I walked in the door at 9:05 AM. He did not even bother to look up and speak. Next, two employees were making a purchase at the register while others stood around talking. No one spoke, but when they were finished making their purchase the lady told me that someone would be right with me and walked off. That lady was informed that I was waiting and said OK. She never looked up at me or spoke. She just continued counting down her register which also should have already been done. Then, two young ladies walked up to her and started a conversation I believe about a job there. They had a full conversation and still never acknowledged my presence waiting there at another register. I felt myself becoming angry, so I just left without making my return or an exchange for new items. Once I was in the parking lot it sounded like I heard someone yell out good morning from the store! Lol! Smh

This location had a better selection in the men's section when I went than tj MAXX. I got me some designer jeans and some akademik shorts for a great price.
