The store is usually organized but today it looked like A bomb had gone off, the walls on the left were empty and all the clothes were hanging on racks in the dressing room area. I was not able to shop in such mass confusion. Very disappointed and surprised.

I like this shop. The new manager has much improved it just by being present and caring about my shopping experience. I have found some employees more gifted at helping me put outfits together that reflect my personal tastes. I do not see that in a negative light. It is what it is. I live on a very conservative budget and shop the sales and get awesome deals. The manager seems especially sensitive to this reality by explaining how sale pricing works. So I know how to get the best deal for my dollar. I will keep coming back for sure!

Staff is incredible! We normally shop at the Westlands location, but it's closed from the hail storm in May 2017. What's incredible is management kept the staff working at this location and one other. That says a lot about this company.

I ordered two items to be shipped to store. One arrived 3 weeks after being ordered (should have been 5 days) and the other arrived a few weeks later. I received a phone call (never got the email notice) stating my second item had been received and I "could pick it up anytime. " I stopped in today, about a week after the phone call, and they SHIPPED MY ITEM BACK. The girl at the store said they shipped things back after 30 days of holding, which it had not been. I called to talk to customer service and they said the policy was 7 days. I'm not sure who was correct but obviously not on the same page. It would have been nice to know this...especially when she had called to tell me the item was in! It would not have been hard to throw in there that "it will be sent back on (date)". If course, they are out of stock and I cannot reorder. Also, customer service was "unable to locate" the tracking information to know when the item was delivered or returned. What a joke! This was my first, and last, experience with this company! I'm so so so disappointed.
