Very neat, very helpful & friendly staff, very organized, & has a wonderful system of organization that helps direct you to exactly what you are looking for. I wish more stores like, Wal-Mart, cld take a cue from Halloween Express & make everything more easier to find & then maybe everyone's shopping trips would be more enjoyable & not seem like such a hated chore. The only teeny tiny dislike I have is, they are a bit more pricey than other places, but I do see why this may be. They spend a lot of time on the good things I mentioned above and their costumes seem to be in most cases better quality than some stores. I have shopped here 3 years in a row for my 5 yr olds costume and will go there next year as well.
