Best discount rack in the world. I got two dresses for 4 dollars! Doesn't get any better than that. Plus if you like the color black like me, they have an entire wall just for you! Was also in and out quickly and store was not to cramped with displays and racks.

They had a large selection of clothes but the way they're organized they have sales tags that say $7 and its small print it says and up and on that rack there might be two things that are $7 and everything else is 20. Every rack is like that. It got old quick

This company does not respond to customer emails. I had a problem with my order and sent 2 messages and no one responded and when I called they wouldn’t help without a screenshot of the email I sent. Makes me believe they don’t even view them. Will never spend another dime on this company’s products. Cheap clothes and POOR customer service! Very dissatisfied!

I like the styles but the clothes are kind of cheep. They should not put 50 to 60 on anything. Everything should be 30 and under. The men's section is the size of my closet at home. None of the employees care and the store is so unorganized it drives me crazy. The racks are so packed you touch one thing and it all falls off. It's mixed like goodwill is. Your better off shopping the website.

Poor customer service, the cashier seemed to have an attitude. The store overall is messy, unorganized, and not clean. Seems like the store is under poor management, and doesn’t care about the store’s appearance. You’re better off shopping online.

I LOVE this store and I'm so glad there's finally one on the Northshore! Everything is well lit, organized, trendy, lots to look at...eye candy! The prices are great for the items. Very reasonable prices...not top quality however...but the clothes seem to last and the styles are so trendy. I like that this place has something for everyone...women's, men's. boys, girls clothing all here plus a cool section in the front by the line where there are all kinds of goodies for good prices.

Great store They have a verity of clothes in Juniors and plus size. They also have section for children and men. They have costume jewelry, makeup, hair accessories, accessories, and home decor. The price is reasonable and always deals on the clearance rack. I have to buy a size up most of the time in the store. I do recommend this store.

Very cool store I like how next to the display mannequins was a poster advertising the price of what each item the mannequin was wearing. The prices seemed very fair. They had an array of choices and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely would recommend.

I went to Lenox Square Mall Saturday and bought me a pair of slides (black) I asked the lady at the mall if I don't like them once I get home to Columbus GA could I change them at the Mall in Columbus. She said Yes Ma'am you can.. Well this afternoon at 12 I went to Peachtree Mall and there was 1 tan pair left. I took the black pair and told the lady that I wanted to exchange the black for the tan.. She looked at me and said we can't do an even exchange because the tag was not connected to the shoes. I told her that the tag fell off at the Lenox Mall and the lady put the tag & receipt in my bag. The lady at Peachtree Mall asked me if the lady at Lenox Mall wrote anything on the receipt about the tag falling off. I said No. The lady at Peachtree Mall said this was her policy and I left telling her this is a crazy policy when I haven't even worn the shoes and I had the tag & receipt... Yes I was upset & You just lost my business... Thank You

DO NOT ever do a large online order return because they will not scan all your items or at least that's what Samantha did to me. Got home only to find that 2 of the items I initially returned were not scanned on my receipt. And it's not worth the hassle of me going back to claim 2 missing items as I'm sure they would claim all items returned were scanned and, I simply do not have the temperament for that. If you don't want to work and assist customers with their returns no matter how big or small stay at home. Attempted to call the store numerous times and no answer. Absolutely ridiculous, I will NOT return to Forever 21 in-store or online.

F21 is located on Peachtree Mall. This store caters to men and women. Juniors and plus size. Jeans, dresses, active wear, variety of gear. There is ample parking. Handicapped accessible as well. Upon walking in the store, I was not greeted. I roamed the store for 25 minutes. I know this because I timed it. (Former retail worker 20 plus yrs.) The store was VERY cluttered. I was told F21 was transitioning when I couldn't find my size. She didn't try to assist me. Three of the associates were gossiping behind the register when clearly SO much work needed to be done! If you like to search through piles to find what youre looking for this would be your store. Also, the fixtures are too high for me. I am 5'6. Thanks.
