WARNING!! Do Not Accept any "free" gifts! I accepted the free gift and tried to return a purchase. I was told that I can not return, exchange, or even get a store credit for any purchase without the "free" gift. This even includes if someone else wanted to return their gift even for a different size. Even after offering to pay for the gift the answer was still no and since the cheap set of head phones had been opened I was stuck with all of my purchases. I will never shop at Aeropostale again and may God have mercy on them for scamming good paying customers. Also just learned that upon my last visit they kept a $20 sweater I purchased. Buyers Beware!

I certainly don’t shop Aeropostale as much as I did 2-3 years ago; actually it was right about the time when there was a public announcement that they would be downsizing nationally and hundreds of stores were on the chopping block to include this location (or so we thought). Ironically, shortly after plastering the store with ‘CLOSEOUT’ signs for weeks but offering ordinary prices they were spared and remained in business. It’s absolutely a win, win as most would not like to see that but certainly felt a bit deceitful. #LetsGuide #Aeropastle

If there was a negative star I would use it. Where to start? I purchased a top online and the very next day it went on "free shipping". I called and emailed about the price difference and they flat out REFUSED to give me the discount. I think the customer service of this place is seriously lacking. DONT SHOP WITH THEM. I sent a letter to the corporate office about the attitudes of the salespeople and the "policy" of not matching prices. Got nowhere. Forget it, AEO, GAP will be happy to have my business.
