The only place that has Harry Potter patches and costumes for all 4 school houses all year round that I could find and many other themed costumes of other stories. And the staff members were young and attractive and friendly, not rude and tired and unhelpful like many business these days. But I couldn't give them the final star bc I've called them before and needed Lord of the Rings robes and outfits that are too real deal and they don't have them. And they wouldn't buy a costume of Legolas I bought on Amazon hat I didn't like either and I lost $60 and never figured out how to return it either bc I hate online buying and returning.

I walked in 30 minutes before the store closed looking for a kids costume for my son American day at school was rushed out 15 minutes before closing while the young lady said in front of me to an other associate "is she done because I want to leave already". I paid unhappy with the service due to I traveled across town from work and needed this costume in a crunch. Even as I left I said thank you and no response was given back from the cashier. Will never go back

Their selection is fantastic with popular "go to" costumes, but then unique one-of-a-kind costumes that they custom make for specific actors.
