My family and I went to this store today and we were going to buy these two items that were in the right spot not anywhere special. As we were going to pay for them they told us someone had held them, but my complaint is that they were just sitting there where people could just pick it up and buy it. Now my children are angry. Don't recommend going there.

They don't give out plastic bags for merchandise, if you need a bag you'll have bring your own or buy one. It isn't expensive, only a dollar, but you could build up quite a collection.

My family and I visit the Disney story very regularly, and are always surprised with the new products and great deals they have. Regular events are put on for the kids which really make visiting the Disney store a unique and fun family experience!

Not much to say about a Disney store, its Disney so the products are Disney haha. But, the staff is what will make your experience. Yes you are going to be asked if you are doing ok, if you are finding things ok from time to time in this store. But the staff are also cheerful and funny and approachable which I think is a big key to a shopping experience. Hands up to them!

I love the fact that this place hasn't changed at all since it opened. It's very nostalgic for me as an adult taking my kids to store that feels like my childhood. In terms of the merchandise, lots of Disney's many franchises are represented well, even some Pixar shorts. And they usually have deals that make the prices affordable.
