The associates were great and very knowledgeable. The store is two floors! Huge selection of sizes and colors for most of the products. Very clean store. Will shop here again when I’m in town.

This North Face store is one of the reasons I still covet brick-and-mortar shops. The staff here are very helpful. The selection can be limited, especially if you fall into the small and medium sizes, which go fast. However they're always willing to help you, and most of the staff know a lot about the fabrics and the technical aspects of the clothing. I give them four stars simply because the prices are too high, especially for items that aren't made in the USA and therefore risk sweatshop issues and wages.

Rude staff who were reluctant to help. Had a horrible experience with North Face's life-time warranty guarantee. Paid over $90 for a minor fix and waited 8 weeks for the whole process. Pathetic. I was informed I would pay no more than $50 for the repair, in writing. There is also not a single non-white employee working here. Prices are over-the-top and basically serves as a place where rich and upper-middle class white people shop to show off how much they spent on a given item. "$800 for a low-quality winter coat? Oh but wait, it has the North Face logo on it. Gotta have it." Never going here again.

I always like North Face... Good yuppie outdoors clothing. Nothing bad to say about the clothing, however employees need to learn their product. Mind you this is "The" North Face store in Anchorage... Couldn't tell me what produce would fit my needs after i gave a full run down of requirements ...i ended up finding what I was looking for at REI, it was their jacket. Seemed as though chatting about employee parking was more of a concern than helping clients make a purchase... Mind you this stuff isn't cheap, least a person could get is some attention and someone that knows what they are talking about.
