Never coming back to this target. The store is a hot mess the staff are not well trained. Costumer service sucked. Couldn't find anything I was looking for. I asked three staff members for an item and all three didn't know how to use their scanner !

I believe the convenience would be a benefit for any one. There are many choices on the website, fit for any price range, and the wait is minimal. Having it available to pick up the same day saves so much time.

The bathroom is horrid and disgusting!! Seriously a woman just took her son in the smaller stall with the toilet looking like that and came out with it looking the same. Scary!!! There were 2 other empty stalls not including these 2 she could have taken him into, but anyways. There is no reason with as many people on shift the bathroom should look like this. If the maintenance "is too busy" then honey put on some gloves (management) .. I know when I was in management I wasn't above cleaning. Represent your store!! It is your responsibility.. Electric carts never charged or always unavailable.. Mess everywhere, come on Target you can do better. It used to be anyway.

One of the best department stores in the quad cities! Love that have free Wi-Fi so you can us the Target Cartwheel App more easy and efficiently! Store is very clean and well maintained! Everyone at their cafe has been rude for many years. I go there all the time for my lunch break , and each time the people who work at their cafe get more rude. Today for instance , I walked up to order something , I wasn’t greeted nor even looked at. I ordered a pretzel , he just placed my pretzel on the other side of the desk and placed my change on top of it, didn’t let me know it was done or nothing. Didn’t give me cheese , I asked for cheese and he said what’s the cheese for ? I said isn’t that what you eat a pretzel with ? And he said “ you didnt order cheese “ so I had to buy the cheese. Literally there was nothing in stock, their drink machines are always down. The older lady is always rude , also the young man who gave me service today. Target should speak to the employees there, it’s making them look bad.

My order Online order pick up was not ready even after I got the email to go pick it up. An employee had to go fetch all of my things and came and went twice because he didn’t know where it was. I waited for my order for a good 20 minutes. If I had wanted to wait that long I would have gone to get the things myself. I have been to many targets all over San Diego and this is by far the worst. I don’t understand how they managed to make order pick up so unpleasant but it happened. This target is also really dirty, the shelves are empty and almost everything looks open. My products also looked used and there was something sticky all over the bottle. Save yourself the hassle and drive to a different target.

Genuinely the best Target store I've been to (including in other states) - not only is it well-stocked with a broad selection of items and convenient location-wise, but it's always super clean, the staff are very friendly and very helpful, and the noise level is minimal at best - no music blaring loudly over the radio! It's all about customer service when you come to Target. The staff here is very helpful. Available products are hit and miss sometimes. I never seem to get everything I plan to get. The staff usually will help with alternatives though. So 3 stars! Oh and the Kids love coming here... they love testing out the electronics so +1 star. #LoveTheBose. Oh and then they have Starbucks so +1 = 5 stars!

Had a horrible experience there, and I will never shop here again. Actually had a manager scream at me in front of other customers. Called the head manager to report this, and he acted like it was all my fault. He told me that she had reported to him that we had an incident, but that I was the one in the wrong. There is NEVER a good reason to yell at a customer. Take your business elsewhere.

Maggie and Jake are the models of customer service you need to show case. I came in looking for a item for my 6 yr old for christmas. My first two associate interactions were not very good. Then I called and got Maggie on the phone. She went out of her way to help me find the item I needed. I came into the store on Sunday as you were getting this item in. I spoke to Jake who again went above and beyond to locate my item. I want to say THANK YOU for making a childs christmas. I know its not standard procedure to hold a item or even call a customer when something comes in.( As I was told this by both my first two associates). I also know GREAT customer service when it is given. Thank you again Maggie and Jake for taking care of a mom on a mission. Target hold on tight to these two , as I also work retail and would snag them in a second.

The worst customer service experience I've ever had at a target. The cashier supervisor Lorraine did not listen to me nor wanted to listen to me. Here's how it all started I spent a half an hour in the deodorant Lane picking out the items that were clearly marked by three get a five dollar off gift card. Did I need that much deodorant no. But was it a good deal yes. So I spent my time picking them out. When I proceeded to the cashier to be rang up. The item did not come up on sale nor did they honor the three for five dolla off gift card. The cashier and the supervisor talked amongst them selves, said that it's not the deal, and didn't even pay attention to what I had to say. So me wanting to be more productive I ran to the deodorant aisle and took a picture. By the time they came back they had deleted my whole purchase. And then I had to proceed to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for the supervisor to come back. I wasn't until I showing the pictures that I was finally listened to and finally heard. I was then told that they were expired the offer with no longer valid but they would honor it for me like they were doing me a favor. At that point I canceled my whole transaction just did the deodorants and decided not to come back to the target again. I recommend you do the same. Find a target to treat you warm and welcoming like my target does in Escondido. If I tell the cashier that there's something marked clearly on sale the cashier says I'll honor it for you with no questions. I shop at target because the way I'm treated. If I wanted to be treated like I was a liar I would go shop elsewhere if I wanted to not be heard or treated like what I have to say doesn't matter I would've shop elsewhere. Just a few words of advice for Lorraine. The next time you have an experience with the customer. The first thing you do is listen to your customer. Whether we are right or we are wrong. You should allow the customer an opportunity to be heard. Things can be resolved, and managed with clear communication.

Because during this shopping trip, I met with unbelievably dishonest actions from the management team. I bought some trial size shaving cream which had the store tag of buying four and get $5 gift card. When I was at the check out, the gift card promotion did not come up on the computer so I asked the cashier if the store would still honor the deal since there was an instore tag advertising that promotion for that particular product. I waited at the check out line while the cashier talked to a manager on the phone and s/he proceeded to go to the aisle, took the tag away and told me there was no store tag for that product. Never in my wildest dream would I have imagined such blatant act of lying coming from a manager of any store except for Target. $5 is definitely not worth it for a manager to lie and create such a bad shopping experience for me. It made me feel like I can’t trust this store when this kind of action is accepted there.

Target has been more of a miss than a hit lately. I consistently find I'm charged more and the workers seem to be very apathetic. My cashier did not care when I told her items that were ringing up were higher than what was marked on the aisle. I complained on a survey and the manager Fernando contacted me. Talking to him made me feel like my issue was insignificant since according to him "it was just a few dollars more." Terrible customer service. Will not be returning to this location even though it's the closest to me.

The dollar to three dollar section was quite empty and messy.. Gave the appearance the store may be closing.. This is my target and I typically find no fault. The smell of caramel corn is overpowering.. Regular popcorn smelled tempting enough. I don't smell that anymore. Found all items needed plus a housewarming gift... Line wasn't long, cashier helpful.. Red card and cartwheel used. I love tarjet.

Bought once and returned numurace times,the Coleman guestrest air mattress 18 inch. Today returning yet another one,noticed one end had been taped up. With only one left on the shelf I really had no choice but to get it. Big mistake!!! Not only had it been used and put back on the shelf there was dried blood and stains on it not to mention a hole in the mattress!! Come on really!!! Never again target in Chula Vista!!!

I normally love this Target. But in the past several weeks I have overheard co-workers making fun of the gift cards that they have received for themselves on a job well done. Even if the gift card is worth $15, be a little bit more grateful. This comes across as having a poor attitude toward your place of employment. Customers should never hear co-workers argue on the floor either. You should share this info and pass it along in your next line up.

Well, it's a Target store, so you get all good and bad that comes from that. But despite some of the things that Target does that annoy the heck out of me (like ALWAYS having the wrong product information on their website, carrying obscure brands nobody wants, and always running out of stuff), this particular Target location has some really impressive customer service. There's a lot of younger kids that work here, but unlike other stores that hire young kids, this Target must have a manager or an HR person who trains them right, because every time I go in here I am always impressed at how helpful, friendly, and professional the kids in here act. I've had kids go look for items in the back without even having to ask them, they just seem really determined to get me what I am looking for, even if it's not out on the shelves yet. Employees here going "above and beyond" make this one of the few Targets I will shop at.

Lines are fairly slow, but that's the only complaint. Items are usually well stocked and the store is kept very neat. They've also adjusted prices down on some items I purchased recently which has been a very pleasant and welcome surprise.

I received no call letting me know that this had been done. I called the store to ask them why and they offered no help in finding my items The manager wouldn't even check other stores. The manger I talked to is James and he is a JOKE for a manager!

This store would not let me "same day" return/exchange on Black Friday when I accidentally bought the wrong model, even while 4 customer service reps stood there idle, leaving me with the option to buy the correct model and return later, or just return later. Either way I am going to be forced to make a second trip. Most of the door busters we wanted were out of stock in 15 min, but that's Black Friday. Check out was fast, but pretty awful customer service for a brick and mortar trying to compete with Amazon.

This target has the rudest most unprofessional customer service by far of any target I have ever been to. I love the targets in NC but I have realized my mom was right the Dover target is AWFUL!!! Corporate really needs to send people in undercover to attempt returns or to pick up items and they will see how BAD their store is. They NEVER have the baby ointment and soaps stocked. It has been almost empty on now 6 Delaware visits. I bought a instapot for my mom in apex NC as a Christmas gift. She finally tried to use it 3 weeks ago and it only worked on saute. I checked store availability at Dover every few days for 3 weeks and it was never in stock so my mom could exchange it. So I mailed her the receipt to just return it. I even CALLED AHEAD and spoke to manager MIKE and explained I mailed her the receipt but the debit card was obviously with me in NC. He assured me the money could be put back on the card and that they also have a cash option. My mom sent my stepfather to target as she refuses to go in Dover target due to not one not two but 3 previous bad experiences with their customer service desk people and managers. They tried giving my stepfather hassle about returning the money so he had mike paged. Mike proceeds to lie to my stepfather saying I told him i mailed my mom my debit card ( like I Don't need it at home). He then tells my stepfather well to be helpful we can refund it as cash but we won't be able to return the tax i paid. Joke was on him as my stepfather is a TAX AUDITOR for the state of delaware. My stepfather informed him that what he just said was ILLEGAL to do. All of a sudden mike started back peddling and claiming he misspoke. So if you have ever bought anything in another state that you returned in DE and they didn't refund you the taxes paid contact the corporate tax auditors for the state of DE and complain because target commited a crime by not giving you your taxes back.

I did not go to this Target frequently, I went mainly because I was close to work. I did order something online that came broken and took them here to return. I was given the third degree as to why I was returning it when it was obviously broken even to the point, I can see you didn't buy it here. I responded, online it says I can return to any store. I called cooperate and complaint about no one being able to answer the phone, my shopping experience should be the same when I’m at the store and also on the phone ! I called first time and got put on hold without actually anyone answering, I called 2nd time and someone answered and I got out on hold for toys for 10 min !!! 3rd time I called no one answered again !!! So I got mad and called and made a complaint ! The person answering works at the fitting room, I know I worked for target for 4 years and I was answering phones while people were trying clothes on, thry aren’t that busy to transfer my call to toys !

I usually do all my shopping here basic needs and also groceries. Ive always loved this store till yesterday 5/4. My hisband and I came in to purchase ponchos that were sold out which we totally understood but we went to the kids clothes section to see about purchasing my son a raincoat for the monster truck show. We stopped an employee to ask for help around 3:45pm and he tells me “ Im on break this isn't my area”. Ok so we were like “ can you tell me who can help us?” And he replies “ I told you Im on break and you need to find the employee for this section.” I then proceed to say “ how am I supposed to know which employee works where?” And he said “ not my problem Im on break” he didnt have a nametag on so I dont know which employee but he was a teenager kid with dark short curly hair. Now I know breaks are important but he could of been more customer friendly saying “ hey this isnt my department so I don’t know for sure where the location of this item is but if you wait here Ill get you some help” that is easy and took one second and wouldn't have left a bad taste in my mouth about the customer service from this store. I easily spend $800 a month in this store because we literally buy everything there instead of going to the commissary. But yesterday I was like really taken back by the lack of the friendliness from this one staff member.

Plus, you may only buy Target's reusable bag at over a dollar each which I would applaud had this policy been clearly displayed BEFORE entering the store or even at the checkout stand. I did an online order from this target to come pick it up in store. I was willing to drive the hour to get my item, plus they said it wouldn't charge my card until i picked up my order. However, after placing the order it informed me it was out of stock and still charged me. I called customer service just to have them say well we can cancel it but you won't see your money for 7-10 business days. Very unhappy with it all!

I was in a rush to pick up some glue for a school project and stopped into this store. The school supplies were being rearranged and product were in many carts throughout a few isles. A few employees were working on the reset and they all asked each other if anyone knew were the glue was but all said no. They didn't bother to help find it, just went about the busy work. Target has really cute things. I like the section up front where I can find canvas placements - 2 for $3. I'm waiting to see what Valentine place mets come in. I saw the $2.99 heart place mats, but the workers can't find them in the Bowling Green store, even though the stock system shows there are 3. The same thing with the XL navy tank tops. It kept showing 2 in stock and I checked back over two times. I finally gave up and bought them on line. I think they need to do an inventory and correct there stock system. It seems like things get lost or stolen and then items don't get reordered because the system keeps showing small quantities.

Access is a bit convoluted from the freeway. Typical Target, clean, bright, organized. Good for basics and essentials. You can order things from their inventory online and pick up at a counter just within the entrance. They have some food groceries now. Unfortunately disappointed with our last trip. Bought an air mattress with the Target extended warranty exactly 7 days ago. Since last Thursday, the air mattress has been discontinued and they could not honor the warranty. We happened to have lost the receipt and as with most places, we figured they had a decent look up system since we know the day and time we bought it, however that was not the case. The team member and leader working tonight showed no empathy or concern. Just stated that “not all cashiers know what the warranty details mean” only those two knew “because they worked at the service counter” before allowing your cashier to offer a protection plan, perhaps they should be well versed in what can actually be done with it. In no way am I upset with the cashier that sold it to us, just the people tonight that couldn’t make it right. Now we are out $40 for the mattress and the $5 for the warranty that we thought was going to be an easy fix.

The manager did not resolve my issue or listen to me. I waited 12 minuets and 2 employees later to be told the item could not be found to compare to another item. The first employee could not find the item, second employee says there was not another one there but I seen the one there in the slot for the price mentioned. They asked if I would speak to a manager because I waited 12 minuets. I told the employee they took too much of my time and when I told them I just wanted to buy the item the woman ignored me then looked herself. Happy Birthday Son!

Been here many times. Employees are nice and friendly and it's relatively well stocked, seams like they are in the process of re-organizing. The women's bathroom however is always a dirty mess. And I think they know it because on my most recent visit they did something to try and cover the smell up with some sort of air fresher. They could use being checked and picked up at least hourly.

This Target location consistently does not have enough checkout lanes open, and customers are always seven people deep waiting in line. This past weekend there was no employee assisting the self-checkout lanes. Repeated requests for the manager to come to the front of the store were ignored. I left without paying for my photos because I was waiting in line for so long. This Target is the very definition of disfunction.

I Was in here the evening of 03/01/19. I had a big ticket purchase and brought up two shower caddy fixtures. One was marked $9.08 and an identical one marked $10.48, The attending cashiers name was Beth and she outright refused to honor the price going as far as to say it was the incorrect sticker, OK this wasn’t my error it was whoever was placing stickers on the merchandise. This really bothered me that she did not even express any desire to make it right for the customer over $1.40. At this point. I opted not to purchase the shower caddy fixtures; over a matter of principle. I think Beth is the wrong person you have employed here sincerely upsetting that an employee would rather make a “I’m not going to help you” statement then to make it right for the customer on the account of an employees error. I am also remitting a written review direct to target, unprofessional, unpleasant attitude towards guests.

I'll give it this...the parking here is much better than some of the other San Diego Targets. In the world of Targets, you've got the nice fancy "Tarjeh," with clean baskets, Starbucks, the works; then middle of the road Target which gets the job done, has what you need and doesn't gross you out; then Targhetto which is basically a K-mart with the wrong logo. We'll call the Broadway location here a solid Target. No frills, but at least it's next to a Michael's and walking distance from a Starbucks.

The employees at this Target are awesome! Every time we go in we get asked 5 or 6 times by different employees if we're finding everything okay. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the refurb they recently did on the store. Everything has been moved around and the new layout is confusing and hard to navigate. Things that should logically be next to each other are now on opposite ends of the store (like moving the books away from the office supplies so they can put house cleaners next to the office supplies. Doesn't make sense to me).

Very disappointed with the service I received at your mobile phone dept. I got there during your mobile hours, in fact it was 410pm. I was then told the person was on lunch, til 440pm. This was not convenient for me but I stuck around. Finally was helped about 445pn. There was only 1 person working & the 45 minutes I was there the phone rang off the hook & 4 more customers waited. When she was done putting my SIM card in she made sure I could receive a call, but did not set up my phone so everything transferred from my previous phone. Then told me to go home & do it on my own. It's now 750pm, I have inconvenienced my nephew that used to work for Verizon & my phone is still not set up! All of my updates were done before I went to the store so that's not the issue. I also got an email about a $250 gift card with an iPhone 7 upgrade. I was then told at the end that it's for new activations only. ???? How can I upgrade my iPhone 6 to an iPhone 7 if I don't already have a plan? My son got a phone at the Target in Fargo a couple months ago & it was a very smooth transition. He walked out of the store with all his apps, contacts & settings on his new phone! And we got a $300 gift card with his upgraded iPhone. I am one very dissatisfied customer! I will not be going back to moorhead target for mobile service. I will probably end up having to go to the Fargo target tomorrow when they open to help with my phone.

Lots of empty shelves. Came in for men's socks only had ankle socks and lots of empty shelves. When I asked where was all the merchandise I was told this is what we have. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW!!! The manager was absolutely disrespectful!! I was here yesterday shopping with my mom for Veterans Day weekend because she was looking for specific makeup products such as lipgloss in a tube bottle that you can twist at the bottom and the lipstick comes out and etc. So my mother needed my help looking for the specific products she wanted, per usual, since target is such a big store. So I was opening a lipstick lid off to see if it was twistable on the bottom and I put some on my hand to check if it was glossy too and I did put some on the display to see how it looked like too since I, a guy, who does not know much about makeup products decided to do what girls usually do when they try out a product by testing it out. So when I put some lipstick on the display shelf the whole lipstick broke off by accident. I threw the broken lipstick part into the shelf right next to the lipstick shelf and put the cover back into its original spot since I got scared. I got my hands dirty from the lipstick so I tried finding a bathroom but I ran into my mom whereas the manager approached me and asked me if I stole “it” and told me that he “saw” me steal it. I asked the manager who’s name was Tom D, what I exactly “stole”. He kept asking me if I stole anything and I said no. I knew he was playing dumb with me and told me he “caught everything on camera”. He still refused to answer what I stole exactly. So I thought he must’ve saw me holding another makeup product which was foundation in a small box where I had to leave the makeup aisle since I was checking the price at the price check machine for my mom. Being off topic a little, I wasn’t wearing a uniform to the store but instead I wore a hoodie and sweatpants with a beanie on since NH is freezing. He must’ve thought what I was wearing looked suspicious so he decided to target me instead. He then walked away and my mom knew that I was trying to help her and she knows I would never steal anything, as a U.S. Army enlistment, who will be leaving home soon. My mother knew I felt offended because I as a person/soldier have morals and values and I always accept my personal responsibilities, actions and disciplines. My mother got really angry at Tom of how he disrespected me and accused me of doing something I would never do and she did cause a small scene. We didn’t get kicked out or banned but instead we walked ourselves out of the store. Me, my family, friends and any other people I know will no longer be shopping at this location ever again regardless of the no sales tax in NH. Thanks for making my Veteran Days weekend an unforgettable experience, TARGET!!!

I went to this target & was looking for boots & found some boots on clearance, the sign above them said if you download the cartwheel app you get an extra 20% off. So I did just that, when I got to the register my online coupon didn't work, so the woman called a manager & the manager said that the online coupon doesn't work for online clearance items... it does not say that on the coupon. Besides that the store was messy & unorganized. Their clothes are very limited & for the extra drive to Fargo you get a better variety. I will stick to Fargo's store it's bigger & way better.

This store is horrible. I have shopped at Target for many years and have never had an experience like I had at this Target or any store. Because of this I no longer shop at any Target stores. If you want to be treated with any respect by the employees, including the managers, then don't go to this store. If you don't want to be followed by a shady looking loss prevention employee and then grabbed, scratched and assaulted because he thought you took something when you didn't and then you don't even receive an apology from him or the manager, don't go to this store. They paid for it in court, but people need to know before they enter this store that some of the employees are outright hostile and it appears they don't want to change. My only regret is that the loss prevention "man" wasn't brought up on assault charges. Yes, I was mad, and rightly so.

This store is an old school Target - it reminded me of the one on White Bridge Rd in Nashville in the late 90s before it became a Super Target. Two stars for nostalgia and a great clothing selection. Unfortunately, those were the only good things about this store when I was there a few months ago. The store itself was dirty in the grocery area, with scuff marks and spills on the floor. I'm hoping this was due to the stocking that was going on at the time, and that it's usually cleaner than it was then. All but one of the team members we encountered were either rude or simply apathetic, and the kicker was, while we were checking out, there were several employees at the front of the store staring at us in silence while we were going through the line. Yes, I know you don't see an old white man and a young black woman with long dreadlocks together very often, and we were probably a novelty item in BG, but jeez-would it kill you to say "have a good night" or "Thanks for shopping with us"...when we walked by? Not cool. Come on guys, you can do better.

I recently bought an LG TV from the Ammon Target. Unfortunately the model I purchased has a backlight flaw in it. I exchanged it for another of the same make and model and it has the same problem. After taking the second one back I replaced it with a Samsung. The customer service I received from the Ammon Target was outstanding. Out of frustration for being racially profiled in this Target. I put my middle finger up high for them to see. The biggest F You to businesses like this, is to not give them ANY of your MONEY! Recently I had a wonderful experience in a Target store that was not this Chula Vista Broadway store location. BUT a few days ago at the Broadway location, a worker gave me a bogus rule about their bring your own bag 5 cents credit. I left the store called corporate, kept them on the phone and returned to the store. I had just ate breakfast at that location. I asked for the address of that store, per the customer service representative on the phone. The in store worker, pointed and said the address is on the door. I told her, her rule she spewed out at me is nonexistent. I told her she must be seeking power because she has none in her everyday life, I told her she's pathetic! I was not raising my voice until a mystery manager came over, asking if there is a problem, and telling me not to raise my voice at her, that I have to respect her employees, and that I can't point my finger at her. I told her I could do all three. She claimed I was disrupting the store. I told her she is disturbing the store. They were livid because I called Target and had them on the phone during their biases. I left on my own accord. F them! Absolutely not getting my money. Do you know how much power there is in not shopping somewhere. My wish is that every person who receives biases, bad service, racism, or disrespect from a company, simply stops giving them ANY of your MONEY. I've run into one superb worker. Bathrooms are disgusting! All pics are from the same visit. One toilet even has blood on it. Make that two superb workers, Sherry and Arturo! The two of them show non biased, excellent customer service. Some workers exude biases. When I get bad service here, I put back my merchandise, and don't give them my money. Some security and staff watch, "certain people". Today a team leader named Matty came to the women's bathroom door and told me to let others use the bathroom. I had left my large purse and jacket in a stall while I refreshed my makeup for five minutes. A customer proceeded to enter, I let her know that my belongings were hanging, but she could go in. She declined and said thank you to me, and I said my apologies to her. Then a worker opened up the bathroom door while I was in the stall getting my purse and jacket. I told her don't open up the bathroom door while I'm in there. Matty complained to a worker that I had an attitude, I told him absolutely. Some of these workers are jerks and more. While people like them bother paying customers and follow and bother "certain" people, "other" people are stealing from them. JERKS!

Recently stopped in at target to look for a item that has been sold out. I stopped at the service desk and asked for the location of that item. The 2 women woking at the service desk told me where to look but told me they were sold. I went to the location of the item and it was sold out. I was greeted by one an African American young man whose name I didn't get. One of his eye's was bloodshot red and I believe that he worked the self checkout area. I needed help trying to find the bathroom shelves. He explained how to get there. But on top of it he was EXTREMELY nice. I totally felt welcomed. Then at check out it was evident in my face that I didn't know how to use the machine. The issue was using Samsung Pay for the first time. A young man named Marquis left his register and asked me if I needed help. Then he guided me as to how to use it and made me feel good. I have never had a bad experience at any Target but I have never had such a pleasant experience like I did today. I was disappointed that you didn't have the shelves but I spent more time and made other purchases because the customer service was awesome. And I am truly grateful. Generally I like target and all the employees are nice, but today while Christmas shopping they had a 50% off sale going for baby and toddler apparel. I thought it meant 50% off everything for babies today but it was a buy one get one 50% off which is fine. I didnt know that until I went to check out and it didn't half the prices so I asked the cashier what was going on. His manager or something Garret came over and looked, then went to another manager to check on it. I guess he thought he was out of hearing distance but I heard him say "she's trying to say everything's 50% off" like I was TRYING to pull one over on him. I'm not TRYING to get stuff for free, it was just a misunderstanding. So yeah. It was embarrassing and I'm pretty sure the people behind me heard it so I wanted to crawl in a hole. Just a warning for gift card holders. On Sun, 07/29/2019 I made a purchase totaling $115.15. I gave the cashier a $100 gift card, and a 50 dollar bill to pay for the difference. Rather than giving me cash change, she gave me a gift card with a balance of $34.85?? When I asked her why she did this she responded, " because you gave me a $100 gift card plus $50. Cash payment of $50 plus card payment of $65.15" When I asked her to give me cash back instead, she said she could not, and I need to go to customer service...Being in a rush that day I did not have time so I left. Years ago was wonderful. But in the last year or so, not so good. They aren't stocked, even early in the morning, and it's all the time like that on only sale items that are in the ad. If you ask for an item they get extremely rude because you ask about it. Not sure why? But when you ask for help they make you feel like it's a problem. Went to this location for several years, mainly the past two weeks in a row recently because of some great sales, and the location is more convenient. The best thing this place has going for them is the people who collect the carts, and a guy I've seen there for many years ALWAYS putting up shipment and helping people. Other then that... No way. I'll go out of my way to another Target for sure!!! West Palm Location (Palm Beach Lakes) Rocks!!

They are supposedly hiring so I filled out the application and came in to the store the next day with my resume in hand. The manager told me that I was supposed to "set up my own interview through the application." I've gone back in to my application on my phone and a desktop and that is not an option so they obviously just do not want to hire people.

The prices and selection are great. They usually don't have somethings because they run out but they will check other stores and they do have them. This store sometimes carries things that are hard to find in other bigger targets so you never know. I have the red card plus I use cartwheel so I always save money and my dog gets cute things that pet stores don't even carry.

They have both shane dawsons books, also they are QWEENS whoever works there
