Sorry, American Eagle, giving you a one star for poor customer service: I requested an exchange of a present, paid for mailing, got refund instead, was not informed about anything, kept waiting for the right item to come, lost a discount, got upset.

Kind staff. My only dissapointment was the price. I reserved the AE TIERED BABYDOLL DRESS online since it was on sale for 32. The next day I arrived at the store to pick it up and was charged the full tag price. Be aware that the reservation does not reflect the actual price you will pay in store.
