The gals there helped me find the suit I came in looking for. It's quite a drive to go down there for me, but it's always worth it. I needed a new suit for my anniversary dinner with my wife, I went knowing what I wanted and they initially said they were out of stock on the pants. She went to the back about 4 times for me and ended up finding one last pair in the back and my night was made. I will always be a return customer!

I'm not into shopping at places like this at all, but all of the international coworkers I brought here loved it and the guy at the cash register was pretty nice so I figure I might as well give this place a 4 star rating while I'm here. Only 1 star in regards to prices tho geez

This restaurant is not very good.. All they sell are tasteless dishes that shouldn't even be food! Their Salmon Filet looks like a measly pair of jeans thrown onto a plate! The cooks here do not know how to cook... It is like a school cafeteria here! And that's not good! Do not eat here!

Great selection for men's clothing (I'm sure the women's section is great too). Prices are so much better and reasonable then a regular jcrew. Use your student ID to get 15% most purchases. Staff is friendly.

Organized store, but had a very little selection of products. Unlike other outlets, this store has very little relevant clothes. Decent sales on the products that were there. tl;dr Organized, low selection.

Don't walk in expecting to find discounts on your favorite styles, because they don't carry them here. All of the retail items have been re-imagined into outlet-only versions. For example, the popular "Minnie" pants are called "Winnie" here, and yes, the quality is less. Whereas all J. Crew retail shoes are made in Italy, the ones at the outlet are made in China. Wait for a sale at the J. Crew retail store.

Good quality clothing, solid fits, for okay prices. Swimsuits fade easily, sweaters armpit stitches fail easily, but they have classic patterns on button downs that fit nicely untucked

I've been to quite a few J-Crew Factory Stores and I can honestly say I was disappointed with this experience. While the store looked beautiful and I'm very happy with the items I purchased, I did have some issues. Firstly none of the clothing was properly ordered by side, it was all throw together and mixed. This made finding my size in an item more difficult than it needed to be. I also took issue with the staff, no one said hello when I walked in or really offered to help me. There were about 5 employees there and they where all congregated, talking to each other and none of the customers in the store. I was prepared to spend a good amount of money updating my work wardrobe but because I did not feel welcome and the difficulty finding my size, I only left with a few items. I will probably continue shopping online and not in this store.

Such a great j crew and an even better staff!! They are super friendly and very patient. There was a very difficult customer while we were in the store and despite this customer insulting literally all the staff- the staff remained calm and graceful. Much more patience than I would have had!! Great sales and friendly people. Thanks so much guys

Her name escapes me, the manager with shoulder length dark brown hair, makes sure her customers find what they are searching for and she does it with a smile! Check out is never a long wait & returns are a breeze (lost receipt, no problem, they can look it up w your email)! Bonus- they always have great sales and coupons!!

Friendly and helpful sales people, but in my opinion, the j crew brand has become stale over the years and most of the stuff that just doesn't sell in their retail stores seems to end up here. Not a lot of bargains to be found here, I'm sorry to say.

By far THE best J. Crew Factory I've been to on the East Coast. I live with 40 minutes of two others but I come here anyway (which is a 2 hour drive). I never leave empty handed and this only one of two that has clothes and shoes from the regular stores. I have an amazing pair of sandals that were $229 on J. Crew's website (which at the time were currently still on the site), were marked down at this store for $59 and they were 50%!! The customer service here is excellent and they are always willing to help. I'm a size 12/14 and I never have a hard time finding my sizes, even in the clearance section.

This is one of two places that is a must for me whenever I go to the outlet. They have preppy clothes and they may run on the expensive side so obviously when you go in and you see the new stuff and it is expensive but if you go to the sale rack you'll see out of season stuff and in Florida it's somewhere all the time so if you got good style you can pick out some good pieces at a great discount
