They didn’t have my daughter’s size available but I was impressed with the quality of the pieces. They were whimsical and sewn well. The staff was friendly as well! Just a tip: they are located right across from the Cheesecake Factory. Be careful parking right in front of the store because it is hard to get out if you go after 11:30am!

The customers at Hanna Andersson are always so needy and whiny when I come in the store. Other than that great quality clothing, good customer service, and a little difficult sizing if multiple grandchildren.

i came in here the other day with my brother because he received pjs of star wars that he loved, the employees were very helpful and made us feel very comfortable. i was not expecting to spend so much but i was not disappointed. All the girls were wonderful 10/10 recommend to shop at the this Hanna!!!

I went into the store today and the ladies behind the counter did not greet me or ask if they could help while they carried on their personal conversation about an upcoming wedding. They were not helping other customers or stocking or doing anything but standing around visiting. I picked out a few things I was going to purchase but then decided to put them back and leave. There are other people who may be okay with not even being acknowledged when they walk in a store to spend their money, I just don't happen to be one of them. The folks at Gap for Kids and Gymboree greeted my promptly and helped me with everything I needed. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I couldn't have otherwise left this review.

Jenn and her team went above and beyond for me this evening. She helped me choose items for a birthday gift and even offered to overnight them to the family I was sending them to. She already emailed me the tracking as promised and the day is saved. Incredible to experience that level of service. I'm a Hanna Andersson fan for sure! Thank you thank you!

I have been up this store many times and have always been promptly helped. The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure i was able to get ahold of the merchadise i wanted. Not to mention the unconditional return gurantee. The atmosphere and background music were very relaxing as well. All in all i would highly recommended this store to anyone looking for high quality service and clothing.

The price is super high for Hannas but the quality makes up for it. You can pass down the clothing for years and it still looks new. On a separate note, a few of the senators in congress posted Christmas photos of their families all wearing matching Hanna Andersson jammies.

Top-quality children's clothing with a style ethos aimed at prolonging the innocence of childhood. They are beat known for their PJs but my children are often in Hanna's from inside to out, and top to bottom. Staff are helpful, and I often phone ahead to check sizes and have them pull what I need so that I can be in and out quickly. I have been handing my Hannas down to a good friend whose children are 18 months younger than mine for years, and she in turn passes them on - still looking great.

Clothing is of a good quality. The customer service was just awful. I don’t know what happened to the woman who rang us up but she couldn’t have been more rude if she tried. I won’t go back. There are plenty of stores that sell quality children’s clothing for less with sales persons who don’t treat you like garbage.
